Horrible experience product used looks tragic, lesson learned dont use a company that wont tell you the priduct they are using

I contracted with Nu-Again to stain my cedar fence (375' both sides). 147' was badly weathered so a cleaning crew was sent to work on that. The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They did a good job stripping off the old gray finish with the power washer. Two days later the staining crew arrived on time, keep in mind they travel an hour from the office. Plastic sheeting was hung at the house corners where the fence begins in order to protect the siding from splatter. Overall, it took about four hours to spray the fence, ensure good coverage, inspect and touch up spots that were missed. The real test will be how well the finish looks in two years. I would recommend Nu-Again Restoration.

The company did everything I asked. I had major surgery on my hip, and problems with my shoulder. They removed everything off the deck, and replaced it one week later.

I called them late in the season, and they came right out. We had a few hiccups with the weather, but Frannie from Nu-Again kept in touch. They are very professional, and the deck looks terrific. I would use them recommend and use them again.

Great restoration of paver patio.

They originally only painted one stair riser. When I contacted them about this, they sent someone out to paint the rest of the stair risers and even left us some paint.

They did not complete the work initially, but after contacting them they sent a person out who did complete the work and even left us the can with the stain so we could touch up if needed.

Nu-Again stayed true to their scheduling. The workmen were professional and courteous. No clean-up or debris left behind. I also had my deck refinished with lattice, stairs and railings. Everything matches perfectly. Any issues I did have with them was resolved quickly. The office staff is friendly and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to a friend.

We hired NuWay to clean and restore our paver patio and walkway a year ago. They honored our warranty this year as some or the areas needed to be resurfaced and cleaned. You donâ  t have a place ti write it project they cleaned and repair my paver porch and walkway itâ  s looks great and what they used lasted for me 7 years which doesnâ  t happen often and ever did a better job this time and people were great any easy and cooperative which everything I asked for 5 stars

I needed my patio pavers cleaned , resanded and sealed and a small repair on border. They did the job as promised, and didn't suggest tearing up half the patio as a couple of others did.
