Nate was very professional about the estimate, and the service of resurfacing the deck was great. I was so shocked when I saw that they actually sand the deck, and trellis that we have down to the bare wood. The price we paid for his services was certainly worth every penny!!

I have two huge decks that needed a "do-over" They came out and cleaned, sanded, and stained the decks in three days. It would have been a two day job, but Mother Nature decided to pay a visit and start drizzling. My decks look new, and the speed from start to finish is incredible.

They were the most responsive and cheapest of all the bids!! I did my deck on my rental property, the only issue I had was they left the faucet on apparently in the yard after the work was completed and this was an accident of some sort. But they did their work just fine.

I would highly recommend NuAgain for deck and gazebo clean and seal. The wood looks totally transformed. When we unexpectedly needed to plan a large outdoor party, NuAgain pushed the work date up a week to accommodate our needs. We previously had a very poor experience with another deck renewal company on this website, so feel very good about making this recommendation.

Our patio looks BETTER than it did when it was new. We love the wet look color which really brings out the color of the bricks. Thanks for the great service and follow through!

They did our deck a couple of years ago and did a great job. THis was a maintenance job, and they did it in a timely fashion at a fair price.....and did a very nice job again. We will continue to use them for this work.

NuAgain stained our Gazebo and bridge amongst other things. All turned out very good.

The contract with NuAgain treating and painting the deck. On the proposal it was marked for heavy sanding. The deck was power washed which also removed some of the old stain. Nu-Again never sanded and when asked they indicated the problem would be resolved. They came back a second and third time and never sanded, causing different color shades on the deck. People spoken to about the problem gave excellent lip service but no results, and the staff on sight was totally indifferent to the problem just that they would come back and stain again. They would also give complaint to the owner. This started in May and no response.

I chose NuAgain because they presentedt hemselves as very experienced, competent, and knowledgeable, for 2 times the going rate of my other recommended providers. work was far below average, board replaced with incorrect thickness, no explanation, laws of physics apparently cease to function on my patio. Requested additions and changes to the project after the inital call were not completed. it took a week for the office to respond to my complaints, with no eventual remedy. I recommend going with the cheaper contractors. you pay less and recieve the same quality. might as well have your deck redone more often at half the price.

The washing, repainting job was well done. But, no restorations such as there are a couple of areas with damaged wood, especially after power wash, some of the caps washed off, but they were not prepared, no tools and no plans to fix it. Also, they left all the paint chips on the ground and my grasses. I called a couple of times, it is still not removed.

The Guys that came out to finish my deck were great and very accomadating. The deck looks really good with the new coating they put on. Highly Recommend.

The work was good and the job came out fine. It would help them to communicate a but more about when the job would start, when they are coming back, etc. I realize weather play into their work but when they start on Friday and don't come back to finish until the next Thursday, a phone call regarding timing would have been appreciated.
