I was very satisfied with their customer service and the servicemen that did the cleaning and staining of my deck.

The power wash crew left huge chunks of the previous finish all over my garden plot and back yard and did not clean up afterwards. It took 4 calls to get Nick (sales guy) to return my call about my disappointment. I had to clean it up myself. However, the painters were efficient, tidy and friendly. They finished my two tier deck plus balcony in 5 hours and did a nice job. It has been just under a year since they did the job which is warrantied for 3 years and the paint is chipping off in places. They will be receiving a call from me when the weather turns nice.

I was charged $495.00 for a job that took 2 employees a half hour. My deck does not look any better than before. I had a coupon for $50.00 off any service which their employee willingly accepted when he presented the invoice to me, but since that time I have been repeatedly called and badgered by their office woman demanding payment for the additional $50.00, claiming the coupon was not valid even though their employee willingly accepted it and even changed the amount due on the original invoice. I would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anybody!!

Nate was very professional about the estimate, and the service of resurfacing the deck was great. I was so shocked when I saw that they actually sand the deck, and trellis that we have down to the bare wood. The price we paid for his services was certainly worth every penny!!

I have two huge decks that needed a "do-over" They came out and cleaned, sanded, and stained the decks in three days. It would have been a two day job, but Mother Nature decided to pay a visit and start drizzling. My decks look new, and the speed from start to finish is incredible.
