This is the second time we've hired them to do a whole house cleaning, the first time being over a year ago. The quality was excellent the first time, I would say it was just good the second time around. Definitely better than doing it myself. They did a fantastic job in the bathrooms and with the dusting, but the floor cleaning was not as great. Overall a good job and I would hire them again, but the price is a little high to hire them on a regular basis for our budget.

My townhome needed a deep -clean and I took advantage of the 4hr cleaning/ $75 promotion that the business offered. I emailed the business first, but didn't receive a response by email, so I called and set up the appt. The owner and the cleaning crew came in on time and they were really nice and explained how everything works. They did a great job with cleaning my place - it was 2 people and and in 2.5 hours the place was spotless. If I had to critique anything it'd be that a piece of furniture was moved - and instead of being lifted - it was dragged - so it made a small scratch on the hardwood floor. Other than that, I am really happy with the results.

Nothing stood out about them. They were clean, they sufficed, and they did what they needed to do. It was very matter of fact. They cleaned what I needed them to clean and it was finished. They were a little pricey.

We were very impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of the owner and her crew. We also like the owner's commitment to paying her workers a livable wage--even though that means that our cost was higher than it would have been if we had chosen another service. We also like the fact that this company uses green products.

They bring all their own supplies, and they use only environment-friendly cleaning agents. The quality of their work is excellent. I like the fact that they are available and totally responsive to e-mails.

For the most part, they do a good job. They are trustworthy and we feel comfortable leaving them in our house alone. The manager is very responsive to any needs or requests that you have. If there is a problem of any kind, you talk to the manager and the girls get rated on their work and that determines their bonus money.

Started great then gradually deteriorated including having to call every other week with very basic things being missed, including wiping the counter under the coffee pot, returning furniture to their locations after vacuuming, vacuuming the inside door mat. We have a small house and they charged a lot but I believe in paying for quality, unfortunately it wasn't here. Also when I questioned via a postcard whether a special mop board cleaning was done, one of the maids was very arrogant and condescending to me.
