Except for one occasion (and multiple notifications to management) something was always overlooked - things were left out (like not washing the bathroom or dining room floor, cleaning entire kitchen counter...) After six months of dealing with this same issue and multiple requests, we're done paying for services we weren't getting.

Well, two women came and were thorough and professional. Costly.

It has been wonderful to have the harder regular household jobs - cleaning the bathrooms, mopping the floors - done once a month, no matter how crazy my schedule gets. The workers were always friendly and hard-working.

It is a good service. They are punctual and do a good job. It is a good benefit for the money.

It turned out just fine. They are just good people. They do a good job cleaning my house.

went well.But I'm very much to details and like things very well done to perfection. That's why I rated as B. But I still hope they will improve and differentiated them selfs by bringing a more detailed an perfection in their future business.

I had to reschedule my original planned cleaning due to our closing date on our house getting moved two days later than scheduled. They were understanding and able to get our house in to be cleaned in the same week. They cleaned the kitchen, a bathroom, and two unfinished rooms in the basement. They cleaned the drawers and cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen as well as the fridge, stove, and microwave. It looks amazing. And best of all, there was no chemical smell! Would definitely recommend!

Great! I would hire them again to clean my rental property for a deep housecleaning. They really made the house presentable.

house was clean,out of town visitors were coming and I wanted my house to show and and smell clean.called for quote to do basic cleaning,the quote was 80.00 for an hour.my basic needs were to vacuum, clean lower level with 1/2 bath.they left in 35 minutes crew of 3.when I came down to see their finished job I could not see any difference other than vacuuming was done.nothing moved on kitchen counter ,top of fridge, globes in dining room light was not cleaned,couch pillows not even straighten,brown window shades not cleaned with a damp cloth,they were dusted. spoke with owner after second call along with email.she said the order was from the first order (had nothing to do with my needs on third job.I did speak with the office and told her what was need. no refund,or solution was offered other than the next time I use the service another crew is sent. I said I expect a compensation with my service. that wont happen,I feel totally ripped off.never again.I have use housecleaning for many years,I know a good job,this was not even close. only reason Im shopping for a cleaning service is the lady I used for 10 years moved out of state,the one before her had a stroke after a 5 year employment .my house was clean when the house cleaners came.the stove top was cleaned,only thing I could see.

It wasn't great. The people that did the work were fantastic and did a good job at cleaning the house. The communication between The management and their workers is feeble. We had a cleaning scheduled for today but, because of some changes in our schedule we had to change it to Friday and they said that they would be here at 2 o'clock, at 8 o'clock the doorbell rings and the girls were here. I think they are nice people, but there is something lacking however they run their office. We wouldn't use them again because, we don't need that kind of hassle just to get our house cleaned up. The owner is very nice, I've met her personally. The first time they came around, it was a good cleaning. We needed some extra hours and she was fine. I gave her my credit card number and the girls extended their stay. The house was cleaned perfectly, I have no arguments. The price was good and the girls were tops. If the office says 2 o'clock and the girls show at 8 o'clock, there is something wrong. I got a call from a girl at the office asking me for my credit card and how I was going to pay after I had already paid the owner of the company. We made up our mind, it's a done deal, we would not use them again. The management needs to pay more attention to the company because, if it happens to other people, they don't want to be hounded. It's an imposition to have people in my house for 2 or 3 hours, and people don't enjoy it. We don't like to stay in the house when the girls are here, we leave. Management needs to pay more attention to the office and the quality of the people that they have in it. The girls doing the cleaning are excellent. The girl in the office screwed up. We even received a call back from the office confirming the appointment change.

We've always been very satisfied, the workers are very friendly and prompt. For approx. 1500 sq. ft. it's approx. $97 every two weeks.

I called Maid Brigade and they came out on short notice and cleaned my entire house. They did a fantastic job! extremely thorough and very well done. I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend!!

I tried to have the first company back as I was very satisfied with the work, and had hurt my back and could not hardly move. My sister was coming and she's very finicky so I called them. They did a deep cleaning in baths and bedrooms, living room, dusting vacuuming etc. Price was over two hundred. There were 4 women, only one spoke some English so hard to converse. An English speaking person came with and left shortly after they started. Charged $235.00, which I thought expensive. However my sister was coming for a visit, and she is finicky so I went ahead. I did find two pictures were missing. Called and no one remembers removing or misplacing them. They automatically scheduled me out for the next few month so I had them on that principle only because my sister got very ill while here, and still having major problems with my back, needed something done. Charged $93.00 for 45 minutes, again 4 ladies only one spoke minimum English. They did a decent job, just too expensive.

A Maid Brigade representative reviewed the scope of work to be completed in advance and recommended items such as cleaning the refrigerator and stove interiors. Her attention to this level of detail was appreciated. The work was completed during the agreed upon timeframe and in a satisfactory manner. Since there was no furniture or knick-knacks to work around, the staff could move quickly and unencumbered. All cleaning products and equipment were provided by Maid Brigade.

I liked that they were punctual.

Working with the Maid Brigade team has been a wonderful experience. I have been using them twice a month for over a year. The cleaning team is efficient and they do a great job. They are polite and they alwasys ask if their work meets my satisfaction. They leave a survey card at the end of each visit. I really appreciate the fact that they call the day before service and provide me a timeframe for their arrival. Theri price is very fair for the services they provide.

This is the 5th time I have had them come to clean. Each time the service dramatically declines! The first cleaning was great! I felt I got my money's worth and they did a good job. The second time, the house really wasn't too dirty because we had been out of town, so I really didn't think much of it when it only took them an hour to clean a 2000 sq ft. house. The 3rd and 4th times, no one was home when they cleaned and they did a so-so job (I just chalked it up to the fact that we weren't home). However, today was the final straw for me! My husband was home while they cleaned and he said they were in and out in 45 min!!! This time the house was a little dirtier than usual due to pine needles from the Christmas tree, rainy weather, and dust from the wood burning fireplace. The bathrooms were cleaned well, but that was it. They didn't dust everything (I walked around and ran a finger over tables, shelves, and picture frames....I was utterly disgusted!) My stainless steel appliances were left with a streaky film and the glass front of my china hutch was left with fingerprints. Not to mention what was haphazardly dusted was not put back in its place (Seriously?? Put it back where you found it!) Needless to say, I fired them today and will be finding another company. I really wish this company would have worked out! They are nice ladies, they bring their own "green" cleaning supplies, and they are extremely punctual (perfect if you have a demanding schedule.) I just can't justify spending $143 for a cleaning job that I may have to re-do myself.

They do a good job. However - they have gotten a bit lazy. I believe they allocate a specific amount of time to clean each home and so if some things take longer, they'll skimp other areas. For example: There have now been two occasions they did not clean the entire bathroom (specifically, shower), they have overlooked cleaning the entire kitchen floor several times, and they don't always vaccuum the rug in the living room. I'm not impressed, nor horrified with the job they do.

I started the process by going to thier web site where I clicked on the instant quote. I described the basic Details as ":2001-2500 Square Feet 2 Levels 3 Bedrooms 1 Baths 2 Powder RoomsBased on our experience in similar homes." The estimate returned said "your Bi-Weekly Price Estimate is as follows: Low = 101 High = 111". This was in line with what my old service charged so I clicked on "schedule my cleaning". When the rep called to make the appointment she gave me a price of 215.00. Even if they said they'd do it for free, I don't want them in my house.

They did a professional and excellent job.

We were disappointed. I talked extensively with the office manager & owner - more than one conversation - about our needs. The owner came with the women the first time. However, our first floor half bath was not cleaned at all in the first deep clean. In multiple conversations, no one informed us that a closed door indicates "do not clean," and because of it's placement, we leave that door closed. We were told that someone would call the day after the initial clean, but no one ever did. I called more than a week later, and spoke to the manager about our concerns, set up a second clean, and asked for a discount. My mother, who was present at both cleanings, told them on the date of the second clean they could skip the bonus room, the shower in the mster bath, as well as wiping down the cabinets in the kitchen; but the bench was left unvacuumed, and some of the dusting on the first floor was cursory at best. The sink in the second bath was not totally clean, and the master bath handles were soapy. Unfortunately, we might have given the company a third chance had the half bath, despite the fact that the door was open and I had spoken to the manger, been cleaned. But it was not - again - and no discount was applied to our payment.. I emailed the company informing them that we would no longer be using them and explaining why. I received a voicemail from the office manager who did apologisze but who also wanted to used the little bit of additional dusting and vacuuming we asked be done as an excuse for them skipping an entire bathroom. This was unacceptable, especially as they were told they could skip some jobs.

I would recommend them. They are dependable and they do a good job.
