They were great and absolutely wonderful. Their customer service was great and the door settled in fine. Another provider did it for us and their was a huge gap on the door. I would use them again.

It turned out very well. I have used them twice. I did the front windows once and then the upstairs windows another time. It was fine. They made me an offer that I though was fair. It was a nice, professional installation and they cleaned up afterwards. They did what they told me they were going to do. The workers were courteous. One thing I have had conversations with them about is seemingly cold calls. I told them when I want to do more windows I will contact them I asked them to stop contacting me.

They did a spectacular job. It was great.

Their windows do not hold up as advertised. Their prices are very tempting and good but I was not impressed with the quality of the merchandize.

It was fine. They were good; we had no problems. They were in the price range, had the color we wanted and the time frame we needed. They cleaned up nice; it was a clean job. They were pretty good. We had a communication issue, but it got worked out.

I was very happy with the work and the windows did held up very well. They were efficient and clean. They worked really fast and got them in. I haven't had any problems with any of them. They cleaned up after themselves. I thought the price was reasonable at the time.

I have a warranties on my windows. They were good windows. They put new windows in my house. They made on mistake but I got them to take the price off. For some reason the young man who wrote it put two left so my two windows go out left. They took some money off the window for that. They guys who came out were nice. The guys who came to measure ordered two left windows and blamed it on me.

They have really bad sales man but they people are very good.

I like the windows and they service the window. They had lifetime warranties on them, but the window manufacturer went out of business so when the seals inside the windows broke, leaving the glass cloudy, they really didn't offer anything unless I wanted to do more work with them. Then they would give me a discount on replacing the windows I have already paid for that had a lifetime warranty on. So that is only as good as the manufacturer not the person installing them and that manufacturer went out of business. That didn't make me happy.

The service was fine and they did a good job. They spend a lot of time trying to find a window that would fit. The brand of windows that was in there was no longer made. They did a fine job.

Things were very good. They are very professional and they did a good job. I think the price was reasonable.

The service went well. I had new basement windows put in and a large window in the kitchen. They put a replace window on the porch. They cleaned up they did when they were finished. A year later they put on a new door for me.

It did not go well and I still have problems with them and they said they would have come three weeks ago. The service was good.

They were OK and I was satisfied. The workers were fine. They were professional, polite and courteous. They knew what they were doing and I found them on Angie's List.

The field guy was out in the area and they had some windows they wanted to dispose off and unfortunately the windows they had was not what I was looking for, but I did tell them what I wanted to do with the bathroom window and I was scheduling everything to be done as close as possible. So we agreed, we set the date and they showed up right on time with the window, it was sized correctly, it went in, I watched them put it in. They put in the way I thought I'd put it and I was happy. It's been a year and it's terrific. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Window Concepts are excellent. They did an awesome job. They've also installed a new roof for me and new siding. I highly recommend them. They were excellent in cleaning up. I was really picky about keeping things clean, and they were awesome at it. They cleaned everything up. They were also very polite. I will absolutely use them in the future.

We definitely would have them back for other projects. The project occurred during a heat wave, with both work days having a heat index of 101 plus. The company crew hustled and took appropriate breaks. They were very professional.

It went OK once the project got going, but it took a long time to start once we signed the contract at end November. The ball got dropped somewhere, a combination of us perhaps, and their front office and salesman not following up. In fact we found their front office to be fairly disorganized, where the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. There were some promises made that I wish we had gotten in writing. They were very responsive, however, to our concerns and made adjustments to their original plans re. painting the bare wood and being careful to match the color of the trim. I was glad I was able to be home the whole time, as the work did need to be checked as they went along, to be sure they were knowing what they needed to do since there wasn't a lot of communication between the workers, the salesman and the office. All in all they did a good job.

The one thing I am not so sure of is that there was a hail storm and they came in looking for work afterward, so I'm not sure if I got the best price on the job. However, as I said, my roof was in dire need of the tear-off's and that's a lot of hard work and they did it pretty quick. I like the work they did and would probably hire again in the future, but I'd check prices first.

I was given an estimate and had a written contract. After investigating the work to be done, it was agreed the price given was too low to complete the work. I agreed to void the contract so the company wouldn't take a loss.

They are professional. I like the salesman; he was a good guy.
