My yard, front a back was aerated both horizontally and vertically. The lawn was reseeded and fertilized. The technician was courteous knowledgeable and was glad to answer all of my questions. He was incredibly professional in all respects. I highly recommended their service.

Everything turned out well. They showed on time, did the work as promised, and had an effective treatment. Ultimately, we had no problems with their work.

It was good. They did well. I called them back one other time. But I wasn’t really willing to spend $470 for the year. It worked and I was happy with it. I just wasn’t really willing to purchase further things. They were prompt and helpful. When I had to switch something, they worked with me. I had no problems with them. With regard to price, the big deal definitely was worth it, but the long term thing is not. I just find the prices high for what they do for the time. With regard to quality, they did a nice job and it worked out real well. With regard to punctuality, they came exactly when I needed them. I would try and get a better deal from them. If I could get a better price from them, I would use them again in the future.

I have been using this lawn service now for 2 years and my lawn has never looked better. My lawn had a lot of bare spots before they started their lawn care and now it is completely filled in. I plan on using them in 2014 and would recommend them to anyone.

Returned my call within the same the day...quote done the next! Service done that week. We needed Tick removal on our lawn as we had a large party outside coming up AND known lyme disease in our dog and three family members. The chemical used is the recommended one for tick eradication. TOTALLY will use again end of season to redo for a wedding reception in our yard next month. We have 1 1/4 acre and it was $175 :) Thanks, Greg.

they were responsive, effcient, professional with their phone contacts and with their evaluation of our yard after last years drought. Unfortunately, we had to go with a less expensive option otherwise, we would have considered them.

Called Turf Care to explore a weed control and fertilizer package for the 2013 season. I received a call back right away and my representative was very helpful and explained everything to me over the phone. He was even able to provide an exact price since he was able to look up my lot size online. I went ahead and scheduled the service. So far, one treatment has been completed and it was exactly as expected. The tech even left a personal note with some suggestions based on what he saw which I will be following up on. Overall, this is a very customer focused company which is what I was looking for.

After reading the reviews I filled out a request for an estimate on the company's website. A couple days passed and with no reply so I emailed them from my own email account. A couple of days later I received an email reply from Al Leal asking that I call him to set up an appointment so I did. Another man answered and said Al was on the phone and he would give him my message. Four more days have passed and no call back but then they suddenly showed up at my house. I was at work so they did the estimate and left it at my house. The information left was good except it said I had a seeded lawn when I have a sodded lawn. Al called to make sure I received the estimate so I scheduled him to come out and aerate the lawn. He was courteous and professional on the phone and the next day did the aeration as promised. This company needs to work on it's procedures to respond in a timely manner to calls and emails, but in the end did a good job.

The initial response to our inquiry on their website was slow, but they have come to assess our lawn issues. The rep was very knowledgeable and courteous. We agreed to take his recommendations for treatment, and are waiting for the correct weather conditions for the work to be done. We were pleased that he called us last night to consult on the treatment schedule. I will update this review again after the work is completed.

I have had TCE for two years now and I will say that the summer of 2011 my lawn looked outstanding. This summer my lawn has never looked as bad as it does now. According to TCE I have a billbug infestation and now I have brown dead areas all over my front lawn and a number of areas in my yard. I understand that this summer has been extreme and that watering the lawn was critical and I can honestly say that I have done my part watering my lawn and have the water bills to prove it and cutting the lawn high as they requested. I have had TCE out a couple times recently to show them what I am talking about. I would have expected for their trained professionals to have seen this problem and make some attempt to head it off. The first guy that came out told my wife that "yep the lawn is dead and needs to be replaced." Well, I have a big problem with now bearing that expense since when all is said and done this year I will have paid TCE 492.00 to take care of my lawn and prevent me from having to replace it due to disease and pests. So I called again to express my dissatisfaction. Scott came out and meet with me. Was on time and explained that yes I have a billbug problem and there is nothing they could have done about it. He asked if they would have recommended and insecticide in the late Spring if I would have went with it? This question made me sort of angry since again when its all said and done I will have paid TCE 492.00 for the year and expected that this sort of damage would have been prevented. Every time I expressed my concern about this it was always my lawns fault. They just had a answer and a excuse for everything and NOTHING was their fault. Scott offered to "work" with me and said he will put me to the front of the line for aeration and he will have his guy give me a little extra time and labor and go over the dead areas a number of times and plant seed. The first guy said the dead lawn needed to me removed and replaced. TCE did put down an insecticide in July called Merit. I did a little research on Merit and it is widely used to prevent billbugs and grubs. Based on this I really believe that TCE "dropped the ball" here. I called TCE again and talked to Mark about this and have given them the opportunity to "make things right". But overall this year I am not happy with the service provided and I will determine if I will continue to stay with TCE based on how they respond to this situation. So the question above if I would use them again remains to be seen but I had to answer the question to be able to submit this report.

So far so good. It has been a rough year for lawns and trees due to the dry hot weather early in the summer. Glad we've been doing all we can to keep our lawn and plants strong, and Turf Care has helped keep everything looking great.

They were prompt and courteous. Very thorough in their work.

They are professional, punctual, and our lawn is looking great. They also are welcoming to discuss issues with the lawn itself and recommend options, regardless of whether they do the work. I recently had a problem of my own fault in payment and they were wonderful in assisting me to correct my error. They have checked on the statues of the recently seeded yard and advise me when to treat that etc.I highly recommend them.

We found Turf Care through Angie's List and called them for an estimate. I was inclined to pick them based upon their slow-release fertilizer and method of treatments. I've had Scotts, Spring Green as wells as other national services. If there wasn't an issue with billing or scheduling then it was the old "call us if you aren't satisfied" gimmick where they defer to your next treatment as the fix. Not with Turf Care. We use them for several treatments from Spring to Fall. We also used their arborist for tree services. This year we continued with the same plan due to the high satisfaction in results. I highly recommend Turf Care.

They are very responsive and provided detailed explanations of what my yard needed and why. They are a little more expensive then the big chains, but they seem to put a little more effort into it and have much better trained employees.

They are extremely professional and always leave us a note regarding the current condition of our lawn with recommendations on what we should be doing in between their visits. Our lawn has looked much better the past two years since using their services. Excellent knowledge regarding lawn care and weed management. Will return for additional follow up treatment when needed. They also explain why some weeds are hard to control and/or eliminate.

I have to admit being rather untrusting of Turf Care after our horrible experience with a national company (they billed for services either not performed or performed poorly, then called me after I stopped services almost everyday for months until I finally blew my stack). I was initially very h****** Scott and I have to humbly admit he treated me kindly and professionally. He worked with me on the core aeration, even sending the guy out again after I complained that the ground was so hard, from lack of rain, that the cores were very small. I really wanted a good coring for an over seeding I was doing myself. Yes they did come out again. They will also come out anytime I see a weed which is not so often these days. My problem with creeping charlie is almost gone......crabcrass gone......dandelions are non existent. My lawn looks better than it ever has. Turf Care cleared up problems I was having for years in less than a few treatments. Scott also advised me on how to properly do the overseeding that I did in the fall. I'm sold on Turf Care. The money I am spending is worth it. Plus now I am not spending cash for weed killers and fertilizer that really seemed to not make much of a difference. Plus more time to do other things than the lawn. We plan on keeping Turf Care on a yearly program. Absolutely worth it. The service they give you is professional, courteous and quick to respond even when the customer (like me) is rather unbelieving. Glad I maintained the program.

First class company. Scott was right on time for the first meeting, gave a detailed written estimate. Frank, (the guy who came to do the work) was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I used Tru-green before, which was horrible, and other companies as well, but these guys are the best.

I've had a full season of lawn service from Turf Care and I'm well pleased with their service. My grass has never been better. I've had 3 or 4 different lawn service companies over the past and this is the only one I have been completely happy with their service. i would recommend them to anyone who would like to have a really good lawn service company. Their service is more expensive than most of the other lawn services, but well worth the price.

Turf Care has been highly professional to date. They promptly came out and evaluated our property and lawn care needs and provided a reasonable quote. They were quite thorough in defining the services they would provide and also were careful to clearly delineate the things we should do. They have provided two applications since we started and our lawn looks great. Additionally, they have called to make sure we are satisfied and to ask if there was anything that needed attention.

In late April I began searching Angie's List for a lawn care company who could aerate, fertilize and provide lawn pest control services for us. After reading the reviews and contacting several companies, I was convinced that Turf Care was the best fit for our needs and contracted with them to care for our lawn throughout the spring/summer/fall. I appreciated that Alfredo answered all of my questions and allowed me time to weigh my options without pressuring me as did several other lawn care companies. His team also came on-site and conducted a thorough inspection of our lawn prior to providing a detailed course of action and associated quote. I have been absolutely delighted with the service they have provided, to date. Their entire team is professional, punctual and knowledgeable and have gone out of their way to ensure that our family is satisfied with the services provided. Before conducting any treatment, they let me know they're on-site, ask if I have any concerns or questions then let me know of any need to keep the children off the lawn for a short period of time. I queried our dedicated contact, Eric, about some concerns I had with our shurbs during one of his visits and received a call from service that afternoon to ask if someone from their Arbor division could stop by the next day. During the arborists visit, Greg inspected and assessed not only our shurbs and flowering trees but also walked the entire yard to answer questions I had about undergrowth around one of the oaks and the general condition of a choke-cherry. He also instructed me on the best methods for trimming our shurbs. Before he left, he sprayed our boxwoods for an infestation I knew to be present then treated our river birch, roses and several other shrubs that are susceptible to Japanese beetles to ensure that they were not descimated as they had been when we moved into the house last summer. We are very pleased with Turf Care and would highly recommend them to any of our friends and neighbors.

Everything has gone well - lawn is looking great - weeds are being treated (even one treatment at no cost)Still have many more treatments scheduled before the end of the growing season but service has been consisently good and professional. Very pleased.

This company is INCREDIBLE! First of all, our lawn is the best on the cul de sac, thanks to them, and it was really, really bad when they started! We are thrilled with their service, we love that each time we visit we get a full, customized report about what was done along with evaluations and suggestions, and we really could not be happier. They tailor everything to our specific needs, and there is no one size fits all mentality; it really is truly customized for us. At our prompting, they even helped us reselect a company for our weekly lawnmowing/landscaping service that does a much better job than the people we were using (for cheaper no less!) - all for the sake of having a beautiful, healthy, green lawn. They care so much about what they do, and it shows!
