They were fine. They did what they were supposed to do. I have a long term agreement with them. They do a reasonably good job. They are in and out without any issues. They do put a little flags on the lawn to alert you for animals and children on the day they apply the stuff.

Our contact is very knowledgeable, professional, and informative--I'm very concerned with a SAFE product from an environmental and health standpoint, and he answered all my questions. We have been very happy with the service so far and will continue to use them this year and in the future. Our lawn this year is SO much better than years prior, even after just a few visits from Turf Care. Only drawback is the price, as we are paying much more for their service than competitors are offering for "similar" services. However, none of those companies can attest to the safety of their products.

From the moment I called this company to get an estimate, schedule the visit, review the pricing and details and perform the work it has been beyond professional. To top it off, I saw immediate results from the 1st treatment I had and look forward to what my grass will look like after they've had the opportunity for a full-cycle.

Didn't really notice a big change in the grass. My husband happened to be home the one day they came and he said they hardly did anything. Very nice sales staff and super responsive office, but if they hardly do any thing, we decided we'd rather do the store bought fertilizer and it's been working out well so far.

This is a correction to my earlier review. All contact with Turf Care was excellent, responses prompt and very courteous and professional. Prices very competitive and comparable to another area company. I ended up hiring the other company for one reason: Turf Care's price for "slit seeding" was nearly double the cost of the other company. In addition, the other representative preferred that I be home to discuss the needs of my lawn. Turf Care's rep came out and left info while I was at work. If I did not need to have the lawn seeded in the Fall, all things would have been equal. I would recommend Turf Care.

All communications with the provider went well but their price was just so much higher than anyone else we got estimates from that we chose not to use them.

Great service. Truly great customer experience.

My parents have a 4-time-a-year contract. Had it for 15 years. Their neighbors say they have the best lawn in the whole area! When they come, they leave them notes on the condition of the lawn, and what if anything they should do. These guys really know grass!!! We had them for a year, but decided to regrade our whole lot. Now that our grass is regrowing, we will hire them again.

So far we had the lawn aerated and one application of their fertilizer and weed killer. Within a week most of the weeds started dying. Lawn is getting thicker and more green. I'll update this review by the end of the treatments. Se signed up for 6 total.

We'll find out when the spring grass emerges. However I expect it to be excellent as their service has been pretty good taking a sub par lawn and making it lush during the previous spring.

My only complaint about this provider is they never tell me in advance, either via voicemail or text or e-mail, that they will be coming out the next day or two. It's always a surprise. Otherwise, they show up, the apply either fertilization or weed abatement is scheduled, or they thatch or aerate, they leave a little flag in the front yard so I know they've been there, and they leave the bill and a very detailed explanation of what they've done that day along with any recommendations for care that I can perform in a plastic bag on the door.

They offer flawless service, amazing results, and are super friendly and helpful. The sole downside is cost. They are clearly a premium provider. If you're willing to pay the price, they're the best.

They are great. Always show up on schedule, leave us communication about what they did and our lawn looks great.

They have done an excellent job improving our lawn in the pool. We have used them for several years now and I have no complaints. Any interactions with their employees has been professional and positive.

As always, they showed up on time and completed the work quickly/ Our lawn was in rough shape after being neglected for years by the prior owners and Turf Care Enterprises took the time to figure out the right treatments we needed to get it looking good. The weeds are nearly gone after only 2 treatments and the grass is much healthier already!

The customer service is fantastic. Folks on the phone are extremely helpful and the respond quickly to request. Each time I asked for them to come out they were there within 48 hours. My yard went from having a few weeds throughout and a number of thinning yellow spots to a weed free thick green yard in one year of service which I am extremely happy with. One thing I was worried about with hiring a yard care service was all the negative feedback I have read on other corporate chains where they would never show up or shop up, pretend to do the service and then leave. Turfcare was nothing like that. I have 100% confidence they are actually going to show up and do what they say they will.

They have been just great. They are always helpful, come regularly on time, guys are always friendly and helpful. The managers I've talked to on the phone about any problems have always bee very good and truthful about services I might need. I recommended them to a neighbor and they are also ver happy with them. My grass looks great and they use less chemicals than other companies. They don't spray so there is no spray going everywhere!

The technician was very professional, spoke knowledgeably and was a positive representative of Turf Tech.

When I called to request an estimate, the person on the phone was very nice and friendly. Someone came out when promised for a quote and left a very nice "package" detailing the services available and pricing. I received a follow-up call a few day later to see if I had any questions and if I wanted to start service. Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional and well spoken. I got quotes from some of the corporate companies who provide these services and the prices were equivalent or better with Turf Care. And, with Turf Care you are getting the care and attention from a local, smaller, reputable company. I would recommend and after a few treatments, I will try to update so I can say how effective the weed prevention is because right now I do not have any weeds and am really only able to comment on their professionalism.

If your lawn is looking down, this is the place to call. my neighbors do not take care of there lawns in the least bit and I needed to get my original yard back so based on reviews I read, Turf Care was the place to call. Everything went really smooth and easy, they came out assed my lawn and checked the soil made some recommendations of what program I should use, we both agreed on one. They come when they say they are and they do what they say. They leave a very detailed quote about your specific needs and how they are going to achieve results. This is not a dump and run type place like True Green or Scotts. I would recommend them for anyone looking to beautify there lawn and want to see real results.

It was good. They were probably the most knowledgeable. They were available and we could call them afterward if we had questions or if we wanted them to come back out, they would. They show us things or talk to us, so I guess their customer service was good and flexible.

I have used similar services in the past and I feel with them you can see a difference with the work. They are very responsive and cordial with requests and over the phone.

You are assigned ONE technician...so they will know your yard each and every time! Consistency! You can call at any time if you are not satisfied and they will make it right. Turf care is competitvely priced, uses a natural based care approach (yes it works!) AND they have SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Just give them a try--you will not be dissapointed!!
