The company was so professional and the quote was very detailed. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

They are good. They communicated really well. They let me know what was going on, and what my options were. It is a little on the pricey side, but I don't trust the chain type of services.

Overall, I would say it has been a very positive experience. We always get a call the day before a treatment, to advise us that a Turf Care technician will be coming the following day. When we have been offered treatments that we did not want, the Turf Care perssonel have always been polite and accepted our answer without any hint of a "hard sell". The only negative was on one occassion, despite our paperwork stating that the technician had been there and closed all gates, both of our gates were left standing wide open. Having two dogs, this could have caused a huge problem if our dogs were "runners" (which fortunately they are not). I called Turf Care to express my disappointment at this situation and they were very appologetic and receptive. This has not occured since.

Very easy to deal with. They came out and gave us a reasonable estimate and schedule for fertilizing and treating our grass (including grubs and seeding in he fall). They gave us a lot of information on how we can contribute to the health of our lawn as well.

They started work in the spring. They are doing 5 applications in a year. They have just completed the second application. They are on time.

It is going well. We are paying $71 a visit.

We thought we were taking care of our trees appropriately (trimming and feeding them as per the yearly schedule, etc...) We had come to find that several of our trees were being attacked and compromised by things that were beyond our knowledge (various bugs, molds, disease, etc). Turf care had been handling our grass service and we noticed that they have arborists on their staff. In this most recent visit, they had treated our Magnolia tree (for what we learned was "scale") and they treated our Plum and Birch trees for Japanese beetles (something we had been fighting for years). Considering the cost of new trees and the investment of time required for them to grow, we felt the price was more than justified. Historically, Larry and Ryan have been extremely responsive to our queries. Because of the variety of trees we have on our property (ranging from the typical maples, oaks, spruces and austrian pines to more exotic fruit and decorative trees), we have come to appreciate the breadth of their knowledge/experience (we haven't stumped them yet). I have no reservations in recommending this company.

They do a great write up about ways to care for the lawn after they have done treatments. They help you to get the best out of their product.

Worker was professional and courteous. Left an invoice on the front door. Having had this done by other contractors in prior years, this company was more expensive, but the two I've used previously are out of business.

They are very professional. I thought they were really pricey, but they are very efficient and trustworthy. They are not in a rush and take their time. They are really helpful.

OUR EXPERIENCE SO FAR HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT POSITIVE! THE FIRST CONTACT PERSON--GRANT WAS VERY PROMPT WITH RETURNING ALL PHONE CALLS, EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AS WELL. EVEN THOUGH TURF CARE'S PRICE PER VISIT IS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN SOME OF THE OTHER COMPANIES WE CHECKED OUT (BETWEEN $10-40), GRANT POINTED OUT THAT THE COMPANY DOES STRIVE TO HIRE ONLY EXPERTS IN THE SPECIFIED AREAS AND THAT THEY ARE AVAILABLE WHENEVER WE NEED THEM FOR QUESTIONS ETC. WE HAVE DEFINITELY FOUND THEM TO BE WORTH THE MONEY! THEY HAVE BEEN MORE THAN READILY AVAILABLE WHENEVER QUESTIONS REGARDING THE LAWN HAVE POPPED UP--THEY ARE EXCELLENT AT RETURNING PHONE CALLS AND REALLY GIVING SOLID EXPLANATIONS FOR QUESTIONS. IT'S PARTICULARLY NICE BECAUSE THEY ASSIGN YOU A CASE MANAGER, SO YOU CAN ALWAYS DEAL WITH THE SAME PERSON AND NOT GET PASSED FROM PERSON TO PERSON. WE ARE VERY PLEASED!

THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, GRANT SCHMIDT, CAME OUT WITHIN 2 DAYS OF MY INITIAL PHONE CALL AND WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE THE SAME DAY. I CALLED BACK A DAY LATER AND WAS ABLE TO HAVE THE WORK DONE WITHIN 4 DAYS. I DID TELL THE APPOINTMENT SETTER THAT I WAS WAITING TO PUT UP DEER FENCING UNTIL AFTER THE AERATION AND WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF THE WORK COULD BE DONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND THEY HAPPILY COMPLIED. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE.

IT IS SOMETHING I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH. THEY FOLLOW UP ON MY REQUESTS AND PHONE CALLS. THEY ARE VERY PERSONAL AND THAT IS COMFORTING AND CONVENIENT.
