Olson Windows Doors & Siding

Perfect. Product was exactly as promised. Fit was perfect. Clean-up was excellent. Finish carpentry and painting was A+. Not one complaint or issue. On time, on budget and in and out with no issues.

The entire process went very well, from explanation of products and options to completion of installations. All Olson staff were courteous, professional and helpful. The team did excellent work, taking care to install windows properly to ensure leak-free performance, cleaning up each day to minimize disruption at home and informing us of progress and schedule as the project was underway. Soffit and fascia were installed neatly. The team identified, explained and fixed an issue with proper framing and backing for trim boards and panels to ensure secure installation. All work was done well with attention to detail. We are very pleased with our updated exterior and with the new windows!

They were awesome, got the job done fast, all the workers were super nice and they actually cut a hole in my roof for my bathroom fan to adjust for venting. They went over and above as far as I?m concerned! Everything was done totally right from start to finish. Everything was high quality!

It went pretty smoothly. I had previously left a review about the project, but I wanted to write another review to show what a great salesman Tony is. From the very beginning, he has been very helpful, professional, never pushy. He always makes himself available to us and doesn't hesitate to stop by even months after the completion of the project. He's a gem.

Went well. Scheduling was a little slow due to weather and other jobs being behind, but in the end the work was performed very professionally. The new roof and gutters look great.

Joe responded promptly to my initial call. He even brought a diagram of the roof created from Google Earth. Joe was very helpful in educating us about types of roofing and venting systems. To help us pick the shingle color, he gave us addresses of previous clients so we could drive by and take a look. He was very responsive to questions and always followed up to keep the process moving forward. When the work started, a large crew of men came and they worked very quickly. They found some rotten wood that needed to be replaced. The job foreman explained how they would fix it and Joe texted me close-up pictures of the roof so I could see the damage that needed fixing. The entire roof was replaced quickly in 3 days. The old cedar shakes and old tar paper were carefully loaded into the dumpster for recycling. The job site was thoroughly cleaned up every evening and they left the yard in perfect condition at the end. Now I have a beautiful new roof.

Brian Olson is professional, polite, straight forward and serious about giving you what you pay for and more. Brian is a class act. Brian's office staff is organized and courteous. Brian's installers are knowledgeable, hardworking, at your home to get the job done and treat your home as if it were their home. Adam and his teammate were perfectionists on the install. Rolando and Dan were courteous and thorough when it came to staining the windows. After the install was over Olson sent out their Project Manager, Mike, to inspect the job. Mike has a trained eye and cares about you. We would have never noticed that a window needed to be adjusted by 1/4 of an inch. Mike could have not done anything, but made sure it was corrected because he treated our job like it was his own home. If you are looking for quality windows from a quality company who takes pride in their work and wants to deliver on their promise, choose Olson.

The windows look beautiful, the workmanship was excellent, the quality of the windows is excellent, what more can you say. Scott our salesman was great to deal with, very accommodating. We will definitely go thru Olson wen we put new siding on our house. Sue

Actually the job went flawless. From the time I asked for a quotation to the installation there were no surprises, which is a rare. The salesman was extremely responsive and the installer did a super job trimming the door to the opening which was different from the original door. I wish all of my repairs were this easy.

Very well. Salesman was thorough and we informed as to how everything would go. Installers were respectful, efficient and were very careful of my white carpeting. When they left you could not tell they were there except for my beautiful windows.

Olson window owner, sales rep and installers are very attentive and service oriented. They stayed in the loop from the day one to the end of my Pella's window installation. I love my Pella designer series windows very much. They look beautiful. Olson removed and put the new screen when they found that they were damaged during the installation. Besides, they send the painter to fix my wall, which was little damaged at the time of installation. They took full responsibility to make sure that I am satisfied with the work! Their sales person Scott is the best! Only the sad part was they didn't approve the price quoted by them a year ago for the patio door! They said they made an error in quotation!

If if could, I'd give them an A +++++. They were very responsive, timely professional and paid meticulous attention to detail. I'd recommend them them to anybody. They were truly outstanding.

The work for removing the windows and installing went very smoothly and quickly. No issues were found. The work for the mudding, staining and varnishing was not as smooth, but Olson worked to make sure I was satisfied.

The worked was scheduled, but no installers arrived due to a miscommunication. However, Scott worked to resolve the issue as best as possible - that was the only glitch. When the siding team arrived, there were three of them and they worked hard for about a week straight. As you can see from the photos, they tore down the old siding and wrapped the house in Tyvek. The inspection from the city went without a hitch. After the siding was up, they replaced the mailbox, the outside lights, and cleaned up very well. It took us a while to decide on which company would do the siding, but Olson did the siding as well as the windows and we were very pleased with both jobs (See my review of the windows for additional details). Scott called up on 10/4/16 to follow up on the work done and I found that refreshing. He has promised to stand behind the work, and I see no reason to doubt it. Glad we choose Olson!

Windows look great! The installation took one day. Everything from measure, order and installation was easy and everyone was very professional. We are happy with the price we were quoted from Olson.

Excellent! Wonderfully courteous Salesperson (Scott Thorson) responded quickly and provided timely quotes as well as multiple options without the extremely aggressive sales approaches of other window companies. Replaced a large number of badly needed, very large and hard to reach Windows on the second floor of our home including a large half round and an eyebrow. Windows came in in the normal 4-6 week time period and were installed within a week as promised. Installers were prompt, courteous and clean minimizing disruption. They even reinstalled the blinds without being asked In a dormer window, a huge cost and time saver for us! Building inspections were scheduled and went super well. Inspector said, "when I saw who was doing the work, knew there would be no issues, they do good work" Olsen was pleasure to work with, I can't recommend them more!

Excellent. The salesperson was out right on time for the appointment and measured out our openings. We got an estimate right on time and, after comparing with Anderson replacements and a Libertyville , IL company we chose Olson. The windows took the usual 4-5 weeks to be manufactured in the nearby factory and the installers were clean, efficient and courteous. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

The entire process went extremely well. All workers were professional and respectful. They were careful, and did excellent work. First the windows were installed, followed by the tear off of the old siding. Then the hose was wrapped with Tyvek, and the new siding installed. They replaced everything that was taken down: light fixtures, gutters, downspouts, etc. They also replaced the ceiling on the porch, and wrapped all corner boards with vinyl. Everything was completed and it looks fantastic! We couldn't be more pleased!

Very professional from our first contact to request a bid to the completed job. Tony, the salesman we dealt with, answered all of our questions, provided multiple bids taking into consideration various design ideas we had. The installation crew was outstanding, they treated our property as if it was their own, explained some minor repairs and changes they needed to do and finished the job on time. We would have no hesitation in hiring Olson in the future.
