Excellent, doors arrived earlier than expected, doors were installed and look great, Olson arranged for door manufacturer to come out and correct the manufacturers lock mechanism

Working with Olson was a great experience. Scott guided me through the sales and selection process respectfully and patiently. Adam and his crew installed everything skillfully and made sure everything was beautiful. The office team patiently answered my questions and calmed my fears making the entire process easy. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Mark and his 2 fellow installers arrived right on time. They put drop cloths down everywhere they worked - both inside and outside. They did an absolutely outstanding job on everything. The frame on our front door required extra attention because the previous owner made a mess of it when he installed the previous door himself. The doors and all the new trim are perfect, the installation is perfect, and we couldn't be happier with the appearance and quality of the new doors and the outstanding workmanship. Upon completion, Mark explained and demonstrated all the features of the doors and before leaving cleaned up the work area, the new doors, and all the glass on the doors. There was not one speck of dust or dirt left behind - both inside and out. A perfect installation and a perfect cleanup. We will definitely use them again.

Everything went wonderfully! The installation went without a hitch, my floors were covered with protective plastic and drop cloths, and the clean-up afterwards was great!

Went really well; new windows set quickly, added insulation.and trimmed interior frame in a beautiful wide Oak molding. Have received many compliments.

It went very well. We obtained very favorable pricing as return customer. The scheduling was very flexible. Our contact Joe was very responsible, as if he were on call 24/7. The project team worked very hard to make sure all requirements were met even when the weather was against them. Office ladies were very helpful as well, helping with all the paper work, permit, etc. All in all, very happy with the whole process. We will surely be back for future projects.

The installation went perfectly. I was nervous as I had never had windows replaced let alone ALL of them. Olson's installers were excellent, neat, and very professional. I don't throw complements around readily- BUT I have been for them. The follow up was very good and I have had no issues after the September 2019 installation. I definitely would hire them again. JS

Replaced existing windows with new. Casement and double hung. Ran into some problems that were satisfactorily resolved. Installers were punctual and professional. Windows were taken out one at a time and new installed. Very attractive windows and no more air seeping in. Would highly recommend this company.

* * * * * * I'm giving Olson Windows, Doors, Siding & Roofing six stars. About 5 years ago Olson Windows, Doors, Siding & Roofing installed two new entry doors and two new storm doors for me. Not only was the craftsmanship excellent, they actually used some sort of an airlock the kept bugs out in the air conditioning in during the whole process. Very impressive! Fast forward 5 years in my storm door got caught in the wind and was totally messed up. I called Cecilia and she was super helpful over the phone. My house is not close to their office, in fact I am sure that it was pretty inconvenient for them to get here, but Mike came out and made the adjustments very professionally. And despite the distance they were very gentle when it came to the cost of repairing this storm damage. If you are looking for a professionalism in quality, this is where you need to go.

I spent 5 years looking for windows. In working with John, he helped me understand the various window options from an investment and value perspective. Most importantly, he did not pressure me! I now have windows that fit everything I wanted perfectly. Also, they were installed by a great Team! Trust me, I met with almost everyone in 5 years. Save time and meet with John at Olson.

Scott and his team were very professional, courteous, and understanding of what my project required. The crew of installers were prompt and highly skilled in the performance of the job. Extreme Professionals my Sales guy John was wonderful to work with he came to my house took measurements made his recommendations offered the financing options they had available. Very simple process no pressure. Olson was my last quote I booked right away I was very impressed with the simple sales process. There was a bit of a wait due to Pella's back order. They were installed last week in the bitter cold temps the installers were fantastic professional, clean and very respectful very hard workers and friendly. The fact that they were joking and smiling while working in that bitter cold was just amazing. The job they did was impressive beautiful windows and installed with great care and expertise. They were extremely clean at the end of each day. I just can't say enough good things about the installers. It took 2 1/2 days for 11 full replacements they worked fast and efficient with no compromise to the install job. I am very happy with the new windows and John's recommendation in the kitchen and mud room. I have an older ranch and my windows all had wood trim I thought I would miss the old-fashioned detail, but I do not they were old dated and very worn out I'm glad I went with the full replacement as opposed to just insert replacements. John explained the difference and I am very satisfied with his education on inserts vs. full replacements. Very happy customer. I would absolutely recommend Olson Windows & Doors, I will use them again once I'm ready to replace my doors. Very Happy Customer!

John Mariotti was excellent. He managed the project, and was very professional and friendly. I was looking for a specific window brand, Beechworth, and his knowledge of this brand and a few others was super helpful. No high pressure either which is key.

The crew showed up on time. Andy, Patrick and Paul where polite, clean, efficient and did an excellent job. Tony the esitmator was accurate and very helpful. I could not recomend Olson, more. I am very pleased with the outcome. I will be having them come back to do some doors and gutters in a few months. And they left the house clean and unmarked. Layed down lots of proection for our flooring.

Include us among the very satisfied customers of Olson Windows Doors & Siding. We had every window in our house replaced (approximately 15 windows) and couldn't be happier with the end result. Kudos to Tony our sales rep, Cecelia, and Adam and his installation crew for making it a pain free experience. The windows were installed on the days we requested, the quality of the istallation insured that no issues arose with the inspections and we love our new Beechworth windows. If a professional experience is important to you, be sure to include Olson when you're getting proposals and estimates.

Had a bad experience overall. I worked with Scott T. and asked for a quote on windows. He quoted me Lindsay windows - windows I'd never heard of. Overall, I felt like the price was a bit high so i decided not to move forward. Olson Windows called, I picked up the phone and spoke with Scott and told him I was not interested in moving forward with the windows. Instead of accepting my answer he tried to upsell me to a higher priced window. After repeatedly telling him we were too far apart and that it wasn't going to work he finally backed off. It left me with an overall sour feeling about their company. It was too aggressive of a sales approach.

Job went well from initial estimate, measuring and installation. Quality custom door and beautiful and professional installation.

Olson did a great job. From the quoting to the install, they did exactly what they said. The install crew was especially positive, professional and completed the job as promised. They have completed 2 rooms of windows for us.

We ordered 17 replacement window inserts, wood on the interior and fiberglass exterior to replace the original windows in our almost 100 year-old home. The manufacturer was Beechworth. To make a long story short, there were a couple of misunderstandings between Olson Windows and us concerning lead times from the manufacturer, but every problem that we had was resolved to our complete satisfaction. Installation of the windows was absolutely outstanding; I can’t believe that any company can do window installation any better. Olson provides complete, clear quotations and most importantly stands behind their work. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Good response for initial contact, during sale and ordering, and for installation. Sensitive to and easily complied with townhome association rules regarding the windows. Follow up responsiveness got a B because a replacement screen was ordered, delivered, but no one ever called to follow up about installing it. Also very long delay in invoicing. I have several more windows to replace and would use the same windows and installers again.

Everything went well. Olson sells a quality product for a good price. They are not the cheapest, but you will be hard pressed to find another company selling the product for a similar price. Another contractor quoted the same exact window for $150 more per window. . In addition, their Installers were on time and did great work.
