Description of Work: When the salesman arrived at our house, he spent about 5-10 minutes explaining their products then gave me a 3/4" thick catalog. He said to go through the catalog and email him what I wanted priced out. This approach was not helpful; it provided almost no education on the process/products, which is needed when making a major purchase like this. The successful bidder of the project sat with me for over an hour (twice) going over in detail all of the products, criteria, process, timing, etc.. Comparisons between the two vendors was night and day.

Description of Work: Replaced all the windows in the house. Olsen was very responsive and did a great job. A few screens were damaged during the install and they wrote up the request for new screens and didn't charge us for the full amount of the windows until the new screens arrived and were installed. The quality of windows Olsen offered were some of the best we saw on the market with a great warranty.

Description of Work: We contracted for Marvin Windows (4 large bedroom windows, 3 smaller bathroom) windows, Hardie Siding (all of second story and partial first story), and aluminum soffit (all of first and second story) and gutters. All work was performed in a very professional manner in a timely fashion. Tony Atanasov was very good to work with, and answered all our questions. We are planning to replace windows on the first story of the house and would definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreBecause the windows are 1-2'' longer than the standard sizes, the company offered to use the standard sized windows to save us money, and then bring up the windows 2'' from the floor. Told us to invest in Pella since we are not planning to move for a long time. More of a sales focus versus other companies from which we obtained estimates.
Description of Work: Provided estimate for installing 13 Pella windows in our home. Windows are oversized.

+ -1 moreThey are a very customer service orientated company. They price very competitively. This was a bigger home improvement project so I got estimates with several companies. They were thousands less than anybody else. The installers were efficient and respectful of my property. They were very clean and neat. I'm very picky and in less than two days the job was done. They had their system down pat. There was a small issue before the windows were installed. I was notified and given options of how I wanted to handle it. It was taken care of before the painter was ready to paint the windows. Very nice and kind people. They bend over backwards to make sure you're happy. There was no pressure when they did the bid. I feel like they treat your home the way they would want theirs treated.
