Services we offer

We offer both residential and commercial cleaning services. The types of services we offer include maintenance service (scheduled weekly, bi-weekly and monthly), as-needed cleanings, deep cleanings, move-in/out cleanings, post-construction/ post-remodeling cleaning, and event clean-up. You can add tasks to any service such as the interior fridge or oven cleaning, a load of laundry, dishwashing, organizing, and window washing.

Services we don't offer

Some services we do not offer include: moving appliances or furniture, cleaning up after pets, washing walls and ceilings, inside fireplaces, inside china cabinets, anything outside.

Description of Work: Deep cleaning of Townhouse. (1.5 bathrooms, loft, living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom and laundry room.) Cleaning was done by three women and I will say they were right on time, maybe even a little early. They worked hard and really made our home look and feel cleaner.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. They charged me the $129 Big Deal price then I had them do additional services, and charged me for that as well. It was very good. I'm not planning to use them because I went to a different service.

there were 3 ladies that came to the home promptly on time. They all worked very hard and did a wonderful job. I paid for a deep cleaning and that is what I got. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Great cleaning service

We've used them for over seven years, and they have a policy if they break anything then they are insured to replace it. They broke an expensive item in my home and after a lot of run around they never got back to us, so we stopped using them.

The member demanded $395.00 to replace broken record player needle. Unrealistic price plus this valuable record player should have a cover to protect it's needle. We were told not to touch that thing and maids new about it. Same group of people was cleaning their home since May 2002.

I employed this company for several years. In the beginning they did a good job, but the quality of their work slipped over time. I contacted the office several times to report poor service and while they sent out someone to re-clean, I never got the feeling they were concerned with quality. I am very busy, and although I was not satisfied for quite some time, I kept them on because I did not want to search for another service. Finally the last straw was when I returned home after a cleaning and it was obvious my bedroom furniture had not been dusted and the shower in our guest bathroom had not been cleaned. I cancelled my service, hired another cleaning company and they are great! When I cancelled, Happy Maids did not even ask me why. I sent them a letter, but did not receive a response.

We have worked for the membersince October 2002. Great customer. Hard schedule for maid service Every 3 Weeks, not Bi- monthly. With this kind of schedule it is hard to keep same people on the job but we tried. the member was satisfied. Problems started when after 3 years in September 2005 we had to adjust our fees from $67 to $76 in order to keep up with the economy, raising workers pay and insurance cost. Since the adjustment of our fees we only cleaned her house 2 times. November 2005 cleaning was canceled. The member said that she will call back in the later time for now she just want to stop the service. She never did. We had to call her several times about open invoice for last cleaning, witch she finally paid Jan 10.2006
