I've had Happy Maids as my cleaning service for a couple of years. They are wonderful! Very thorough and nice ladies. They even called me when my dog was at the kennel and they were worried that he escaped and wanted me to know he wasn't anywhere in the house! Very professional team.

They did great work. One of them spoke English, the other only Polish. The one that didn't speak English seemed to yell a lot. They stayed until their work was done which was much appreciated. We got the 1 hour deal through AL and they worked 1.5 hours.

Two women showed up and they were here for about an hour and 15 minutes. They did a fine job though.

I use them once a week. I have been using them for about a year and a half. They are good, easy and reliable. They are always on time. They are very price competitive and do the job they are supposed to do.

They did an ok job. There was still some dust left behind.

Clean out of inlaw sweet was OK - large spider webs in closet left Hardwood floors were streaky and i had to re-do the floors House cleaning -deep cleaning - was not satisfied - blinds lightly dusted still spider webs and dusty, refrigerator not cleaned out, floors same as the other streaky and i had to re-do. things left out and not put into place. For a deep cleansing i expected sofas to be pulled out and cleaned under. I called and spoke to the owner and she was very responsive - she did give me a discount but honestly even after the discount i still feel like i overpaid for bad work. i had used them before and they did an awesome job that is why i used them again. This time i was not happy at all. i think they were rushed due to the Christmas holiday. they did say they had 6 other jobs that day. But that should not be a reason for me to get bad service.

they would not clean with the deal I had. I just said it was empty, but they assumed it was move in or move out service, which they said was a separate service. told them it wasn't any different than someone living there, but because it was empty, they wouldn't perform the service.

Very prompt response for scheduling. House was in desperate need of deep cleaning. Team of 2 did a great job!

They sent three ladies who did a great job with the deep cleaning as we had just moved into a new home. They cleaned all three bathrooms and left them spotless. They vacuumed and cleaned all the floors and dusted the entire space. Great job and I would use them in the future.

Three ladies did the cleaning in about 2 hours. They did a good job,

I think that they did a nice job. They cleaned inside each and every cabinet and drawer in the kitchen. The bathrooms were nicely done. The floors were mopped well and the windows washed. The only thing missing was cleaning in the laundry room. The washer and dryer were not cleaned inside or out and that service was listed on the move in cleaning package. Other than that, we are very pleased.

It went very well. Happy Maids provided great service and even better results. I will definitely hire them again. Two thumbs up!

All rooms were dusted and floors were swept and washed. They moved the furniture to do the floors and base boards. Ceiling fans were dusted and lights were cleaned. I have black appliances in my kitchen and they were shiny and fingerprint free! Bathrooms were spotless and mirrors were clean and streak free. I was very happy with "team 06" and would have them back to clean my house.

Cleaning crew did a great job. 3 cleaners were on site, and they were done within 3 hours. Great job. House smelled sparkling clean.

We tolerated these things, and largely left them unreported because we wanted to be patient and understanding. All services will have a bad day now and then. Then, recently, despite our long-standing arrangement for a regular monthly cleaning date (4th Wed. of the month, PM), we ran into rescheduling difficulties for our Feb. and Mar. cleanings. To be accommodating, we agreed reluctantly to a reschedule of our Feb. cleaning at the request of someone who was in charge of the office while the supervisor was on vacation. In March, the supervisor (Maggie) called us and announced a changed date for our Mar. cleaning, without giving us the courtesy of asking if this would work for us. When I said repeatedly that it would not work for us, the supervisor indicated that she would nonetheless need to change the date. As long-term customers, we were irked, because we felt that other newer customers could have been rescheduled. THEN the cleaning crew appeared on our regularly scheduled Wednesday. Maggie did not have the courtesy to notify us that they would be arriving as originally scheduled.. Do I have to say that we were not ready for the crew to show up? Having had enough with poor service and an argumentative, dictatorial and unprofessional office manager, we canceled our service about a week and a half ago. We called twice after cancellation to request that our keys be returned. Each time, Joanna (subbing for the supervisor/office manager, Maggie), indicated that someone would drop off the keys, but could not tell us when that would occur. Today we called the office and indicated that we would be dropping by to pick up the keys. Maggie, the supervisor/office manager was in the office minding the phones. She insisted that our keys had been dropped off in our mailbox by "Margaret" last Friday. I said we did not have the keys and asked if there might have been a mistake on the drop-off. Maggie indicated she would check with Margaret. Maggie called us back and said once again that the keys had been dropped off. WE STILL HAVE NO KEYS, after checking carefully all of the possible places the keys could have been dropped off. Our theory is that a mistake was made in the drop off, or that (despite what we were told) the keys were simply thrown away. I am greatful that we had the house re-keyed immediately after cancellation. I am also delighted not to have to continue dealing with the supervisor/office manager of this service.

It went great. As soon as I purchased the deal from Angie's List they called to schedule an appointment to come to our home to clean. They showed up on time and we actually left so they could clean and we would not be in the way. I returned home to a clean home and was very happy with their work. I'd definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Thanks.

The team that performed the deep house cleaning were excellent! When the team arrived, they asked what needed to be done and where there any specific areas of focus that we wanted them to address. My wife an I gave the team lead a walk through the house and then had t leave for work.. When we returned that night, we were truly amazed. The work was done beyond our expectations. They did an excellent job. We would have them again and would recommend Happy Maids to our friends.

Awesome - they did terrific work. The team showed up on time, did a walk through so that I could point out areas of attention, they explained what they would do, and they got to work. Bathrooms are sparkling clean, floors shiny and spotless, dust gone, nothing left untouched. I highly recommend Happy Maids.

Working with Maggie and the ladies at Happy Maids has been wonderful. I and my girls are not that tidy and yet the house always looks amazing when they leave. If I leave out clean bedlinen they change the beds. All floors are hand washed. They are flexible in changing the rooms that need to be cleaned as long as they can complete the work in the allotted time window. I have recommended this service to friends in the past and would continue to do so.

The three ladies arrived on time and immediately started the job. There were rooms that didn't need any cleaning and I made sure they knew that. They came with all supplies and in less than 2 hours, had completed 4 man hours of cleaning. Everything that I asked to be done was done ! And perfect !!!!

My initial inspection which was cursory seemed to show a pretty good job. Later as I had more time and inspected closer I found some issues, my fault totally and I should have looked closer and pointed the issues out before I told them it was okay. Window sills were cleaned well, admittedly they were nasty and needed it. Oven was cleaned out well, it wasn't in bad shape to start but needed cleaning. The fridge appeared to be cleaned but after lifting out the freezer shelf I found it had not been removed and cleaned underneath, it was full of dust ice chips and other accumulation after 4 years of use. The floor plan in the shower was wiped down but not scrubbed, I used some soft scrub and when I finished it was several shades noticeably cleaner, same for the bath tub. Also the same goes for the tile walls and glass door. The porcelain tile in one bathroom and the kitchen/dining room was mopped not scrubbed. I had requested they be scrubbed. Upon doing something as simple as lifting out the floor vent there was a ring nasty on the tile that I cleaned myself. I had left a roll of paper towels on the kitchen counter, upon moving it I found dust and stuff behind it. The roll was never moved when the counters were cleaned. Its just little stuff, if you spend 4 hours with 2 people cleaning a 1100 sq ft 3 bed 2 bath house which is empty I would expect a little better job. I will say they were polite and friendly and the price was fair for the size of the job but not so much for what was done.

Maggie and her team have been great. They have now been to my house twice and have done a great job. They do a thorough cleaning and take out the trash when they leave. Nothing better than coming home to a clean house after a hard day of work. Maggie has always been friendly and helpful.

The cleaning service was provided by 2 women who arrived on time with all of the cleaning supplies. They changed out of their street shoes for crocs and did a walk thru of the unit with me. I left the building and returned 3 1/2 hours later as they were finishing up. I inspected all rooms, closets, cabinets and appliances, and all had been cleaned to my satisfaction. As they were gathering up their supplies, they damped mopped the floor until out the door! I was impressed by their professionalism and the quality of the cleaning.
