Our home is over a 100 years old and the furnace was once a coal furnace but converted into gas. It needed a part replaced. "If I could give a zero I would. They gave us a time to be to us between 7 am - 11 am. Then was told they would come after lunch. It’s almost like and can’t get ahold of them they finally answer and say they will be there at 4. Call at the 3:50 and said technician was in route and will be there at 4. It’s 5 and no one ever showed up still could not get ahold of anyone. Very disorganized and unreliable company to hire."
