I liked everything. They were very professional, they had every kind of support material we could ask for. They kept in touch and did everything right. They were the company we liked the most.

We contacted Semper to come out and give us an estimate. They said they would be out on Friday or Saturday at the latest. They never came nor did they call. Not sure I would trust a company for weekly lawn service when they can't make the time to give an estimate.

Contacted Rob with Semper Fi (who answered the phone himself) and arranged an estimate. Rob was on time for the appointment (actually early) and well prepared with brochures. Work was planned for two weeks later, but delayed approximately two weeks due to weather conditions. The Semper Fi crewed was efficient, polite and cleaned up after the work. The flower beds look great with their edging, we're thrilled the dead tree is gone and our new shrubs are flowering. I plan on using them again in the future (yearly mulching), but will also contact them regarding tearing out our old porch and hardscaping a patio.

Semper Fi did an excellent job each time. Very pleased with the work. Professional. They worked within our schedule. Punctual. Within budget estimate.

I called three landscaping companies for quotes on a spring cleanup project. Only Semper Fi called me back the same day (actually within minutes). Robert, the owner, came out the same day and gave me a written estimate for the work we needed performed. The estimate was reasonable, so I faxed him the signed contract. We were told the work would happen 1.5-2 weeks later. I called at the two week mark and was told it would be another week... I suppose that's the way things go in the landscaping world, but I was anxious to have the work done, so it seemed like a long time! On the day of the project, Robert again personally came to the house with his crew to provide instructions and get the guys started. Since his first visit, we noticed that two of our bushes in the back yard didn't make it through the winter. Robert went to the nursery and picked three new bushes, brought them back and installed them the same day. They were also kind enough to transplant one of the bushes from the back yard into the front yard to replace another bush that didn't make it through the winter. Overall, the experience with Semper Fi was excellent. We are very pleased with the quality and professionalism of their work. We have worked with several landscaping companies and by far, this was the most pleasant experience. We intend to use Semper Fi for our future spring cleanup work.

Promptly returned my call, gave written estimate, gave me an anticipated time frame for work to be done, and met the time frame, work was well tended with a full crew of workers, did a nice clean up to finish the yard. The workers cut in areas to be mulched, removed grass and sprayed grass to keep from returning. Approx. 22 yards of mulching with nice cedar chips. Looks and smells really nice.
