I was very happy with the service we got fixing the broken water dispenser on our refrigerator. The technician was very professional and knew his appliances. He even gave me advice on the control panel problem I was having with our oven. He was able to get that part and replace it for a good price. I was glad to get that fixed even if the problem on the oven was mostly cosmetic. I would call this company again without hesitation.

I was pleased with the service. They were on time and very polite. They even swept where the old freezer had been.

He was very congenial and funny! worked up a sweat and never complained. Was very polite.

Technician identified the problem and fixed it in 45 minutes. Told me helpful maintenance and prevention tips as well. Even fixed my leaky faucet (it just needed to be tightened). Great experience. Would use again without hesitation.

He is helpful, professional, timely, and thought their charges were very reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

Although the repairman was punctual, he only performed a short examination of the washing machine. He identified a rusted part that if replaced would cost us $400. We decided not to have it repaired, but instead used WD40. We also examined the machine again ourselves and turned up a sock that was clogging the pump, which the repariman did not find. We were able to return the washing machine to working condition, and are upset that we paid $79 for somewhat unfulfilling service .

I visited the shop and picked a large recent model clothes dryer and it was delivered and installed by the end of the week. They removed the old dryer and installed the new one. The installers were professional and very pleasant.

My ice maker had not been working for quite some time. Since I am not home during the week, I made an appointment on a Thursday for the following Saturday. The appointment was scheduled for 11:30 - 12:30. I received a call at about 12:15 to tell me that the guy was running a little late, but he arrived shortly thereafter, at approximately 12:45. He spent about 5 minutes diagnosing the problem and another 15 minutes fixing it. He was very apologetic for being just a few minutes late. They do charge an extra fee for Saturday appointments, but in my situation, I had no choice. The repair was made to my satisfaction and I would definitely use them again.

It was a good experience and I will use them in the future

I called to have them check a leaking ice maker. They set up an appointment, confirmed the appointment a day or two before and arrived on time. The ice maker needed replacement not only because it was leaking, but because paint was flaking off the unit into the ice cubes. He had a replacement icemaker in his truck and replaced it immediately. While here he noticed we had a Maytag dish washer (we did not purchase this item from Leonardi's). He said he thought their might be a recall on it. He checked the model number and indeed it did have a recall. He wrote down the model number and the phone number for us to call to have it fixed. I was extremely pleased with the whole process and definitely would use them again.

My dryer stopped heating this weekend. I called a few places from Angie's List and Leonardi Parts and Service were able to fit me in the next day. I was told of the time frame to expect the technician to show up, and was also told it would probably be closer to the later portion of my timeframe, as there were a few jobs already lined up. I was given the option to call that morning if I wanted a more exact time, but I did not since I was planning on being home all day anyway. The gal answering the phone and taking my information was really nice and informative, wish other contractors had their front line employees act more like her. The technician showed up later in the timeframe, as expected. He immediately diagnosed the problem, grabbed the part on his truck (no need to wait and set up another time to get the part!), and was in and out within 11 minutes! He even checked out the stuff on the back of the dryer, and since it was still within the time limits for the job he was doing, straightened up the vent on the back of the dryer and reattached it with a better clamp. There was no extra charge for this. He left his card and a magnet on the dryer, turns out the tech is also the owner of the company. I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends and neighbors, I am very pleased.

I highly recommend this company. From the beginning phone call to inquiry about the service call fees to the repair, the service was excellent. If they tell you they will be there, you can depend upon it. Regardless of the time. I called late morning, received a call early afternoon with the confirmation someone was available to come out later that day. I work in the loop and due to transportation limitations, requested an appointment after 4:00 PM. They were able to accommodate my request. He arrived after 5:00 but, the charge was still the same. They are family owned and been in operation for 60 years. I mentioned I found a report on this website, and he was unaware the company was listed. I also mentioned a competitor and Dan had nothing but good things to say about the competitor. How many vendors do you know that say positive things about a competitor? I found out later in the visit Dan is the owner of the service side of the business, and he demonstrated pride in his business. It's hard to find honest service people, and this is one of them. Don't hesitate to contact them for any appliance repairs you may need. I know, I will.

Excellent all around. The office was courteous and thorough when I called. They were very helpful with scheduling. Mr. Leonardi was friendly, fast, and knew exactly what he was doing. He showed me what I could do to prevent future problems, and also was honest about how well the repairs would hold up. I was expecting to pay more for the trip, but his price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future, and will recommend to anyone who needs appliance repair help.
