On time, pleasant and did necessary followup. Great service by both the tech and the office.

My dishwasher was leaking pretty severely and gave Leonardi a call. They gave a quote over the phone and ordered the parts ahead of time based off my observations. They gave us a time once the parts were in and quickly fixed this issue. They were great to work with and the prices were very reasonable.

The repairman was scheduled to arrive between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM and he arrived at 2:00 PM. He was polite and friendly and explained what was broken and what needed to be replaced and the work was finished before 3:00 PM.

The service call went very well. The technician was on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed the dryer quickly. The price charged was fair.

'Josh' came out and fixed my dryer in 20 minutes. OMG! As soon as he turned on the dryer, he knew from the noise alone there was something stuck in the vent. The best service. Wow!

Excellent......replaced part and it worked!

Service was outstanding from Dan. Called on a Wednesday and was out to the house by Friday morning. He arrived within the 2-hour window that he gave me. Listened to the issues that I was having and he started diagnosing. 20 minutes later he had the part replaced. Needed a new chopper in the dishwasher. Chopper was clogged with gunk which was causing the recirculation of the water to be slowed. He also showed me how to adjust the Jet Dry dispenser, keep an eye on it and then if it needed to be replaced he would come out to replace it. Just needed to give him 24-hours. Great service, friendly and was in and out with a fix within 30 minutes. I will definitely use Dan again for appliance repair.

It took about 4 days to get the service call, but once the Dan, the owner arrived it was smooth. He quickly figured out the problem which had been misdiagnosed by another company and within 30 minutes the refrigerator was starting to cool properly. There was some ice buildup which Dan removed.

Our dryer quit heating suddenly and after troubleshooting, I called Leonardi Appliance. They came out the same day and came during the 2 hour time frame they specified. Jeff was professional and friendly, he asked me what the problem was, got to work right away and had the problem diagnosed within minutes. I was very happy with the end result and will use them the next time an appliance breaks down.

The service was very good. He figured out what the problem was and fixed it quickly. What happened: It came time to replace the filter. I opened the door and took out the old filter, then put in the new filter. When closed, the door is supposed to hold the filter in place. But the door wouldn't close and water began spraying out. I ended up turning off the water and no longer could make ice or get ice cubes or water from the door. I called Leonardi's and they sent someone out to fix the problem. They showed up on time and replaced the filter cage. This first repair was within the warranty period. But then, several months later, after the warranty period had expired, the filter door popped open and will no longer close. The old filter is still seated but if I replace it with a new filter the door won't hold it in and I'll have to call for service. So we're living with the old filter and not changing anything. The filters are expensive and I don't want it to cost a couple hundred just to replace a filter every time. I won't buy another Amana refrigerator. But, again, the service from Leonardi's was very good. No complaints there. Disappointing refrigerator but good service. Note: I'm guessing about the date of service. It's been quite some time ago that the door popped open and won't close.

The serviceman came the same day I called and had the potential parts needed based on our troubleshooting conversation over the phone. He was on time, worked fast and gave me some pointers to keep things in good running order. I was very pleased.

I use Leonardi Appliance. I ended up buying a new one from them. They're very good.

The freezer half of my side by side fridge was leaking water. Leonardi's sent out a young man to see what was going on, he did his diagnosis and found a hose had cracked. He had it fixed in less than an hour. Great service.

Solved several problems with the freezer. Saved me hundreds of dollars by fixing a weld on the motherboard rather than replacing it. Before this latest service call, Dan Leonardi did two other jobs at very reasonable rates. Leonardi's is the best!

Very professional and efficient! When i booked the appointment, they asked me the model number and to describe what the issue was.--When i turned on the ovens, they were EXTREMELY LOUD! Dan arrived on time and was very quick to confirm the problem. He had the parts already on his truck and went to work. Problem fixed! I cannot believe that i waited so long to get them fixed! Because they get additional information from you when booking the appointment, they can ascertain the potential problems with the appliance, and have the parts already loaded on the truck. Saves time and money!! I will definitely call Leonardi's to repair my other appliances in the future!
