Wayne was the sales representative and he is honest and thoughtful. He did a garage roof for us last spring (2013) and it was through our insurance but he still gave a fair price. This year we paid for the house roof to be done and it was a no brainer to call wayne at D-wing. He delivered what he said D- wing would do for us.

D-Wing showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, (no roofing nails laying around) and did a great job. After a week or so we noticed a couple shingles didn't look right, and they were back out within a day or two, and corrected this. Any project can have problems but it is how the contractor deals with it, that makes the difference. We will be hiring them for our re-siding project this year.

Steve Hannon was the only bidder who was willing to pursue why my roofing was failing in a relatively short time. We discussed several possibilities and arrived at the probable answer. He took the time to check in our attic which no one else did. The work to correct the problem was done in one day and confirmed our suspicions. Later the roof was torn off and replaced in one day. The crew was very efficient and careful to clean up haul the scrap away. I haven't found a single nail in the yard. Great job!

Steve's took time with me to make sure I understood the product, process and Naperville requirements for installing a roof. He knows his business. The insurance estimate did not cover some of the requirements of Naperville and he challenged them and secured extra funding with no problem. The job was completed on time and looks fantastic. Wayne Bearden, my sales representative, stayed involved all the way through the process. He answered my questions quickly and immediately addressed any concerns. Work and cleanup was as promised. Only one minor issue; my crew was a group of hard working Hispanic men, I occasionally had problems finding someone who spoke enough English to answer questions, or give special instructions to. But after a couple attempts I did find the right person and this became a none issue.

Tony was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process and project. He always kept me up to date on next steps, scheduling and progress. A pleasure to work with.
