I got my windows replaced with them. Hector Matos is very prompt in address your concerns and questions. Wojtek did a very professional install. Looks amazing.

The salesman was very pleasant and answered all my questions. The installer was just as pleasant and professional. The price was reasonable and the work is exceptional. I would definitely hire them again!

The manager was helpful. He answered my questions. Helped select the correct shingles for the house. The workmanship was good and the crew did a good job of cleaning up the property when the job was completed. The house looks really good.

Replaced our roof, siding, gutters. Cam in under the insurance estimate. Great job.

Highest possible rating with a shout out to Brian Rose who was the /supervisor / manager of the team. Not only did the team do an incredible job but when there was something that may have not been exactly as I wanted it, Brian was there is insure my complete satisfaction. This company stands behinds its work. It should also be noted that contractors are glad to take your money but the real test is after they are gone. I had to call Dwing on two occasions and they were there the following day for me. One was weather related but they were there without question. This team and again, with sincere thanks to Brian, did a superb job. I only wish more contractors paid attention to the detail the way DWING does.

It only lasted a couple of days and they reviewed the work and made sure we understood what was done. they communcaite very well

The experience that we had was full tear down of our roof from hail damage and installation of new shingles. they came in one day and ripped off the old shingles and installed new shingles. Clean up was like they were not there and it was quick and painless. They really want no homeowner to have a bad experience. They want to be around for years to come and no fly by night company.

And, granted, that's what we as customers expect, even though it doesn't always happen with a lot of companies! However, what made this such an outstanding experience for me was the SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I received from my Sales Representative, Edgar Gonzalez, and his boss! To say they went above and beyond is an understatement! The new roof and gutters look terrific. We had some specific issues we needed to address and the work was done to our specifications in an efficient manner. Wayne was great to work with, too -- we are having D-Wing quote a second project.

I had met with so many roofers that all the info I had gathered seemed to mesh together and when I talked to Wayne (the sales rep), I was hesitant to have him come out also since I thought he would give me the same info I had heard from the others but upon meeting with him (he used to do roofs as well and was very knowledgable) he mentioned the slope of my roof and that was something the others had not talked about so I had to listen. Well, we hired D-Wing and they did a great job! We have about a 5,000 sq ft.+ roof and they completed it in one day - unbelievable! I was certain that they would be here for at least 2 days but the guys came in, set-up and got right to work. They were very thorough too - cleaned up all the debris and everything - even in my gardens (which I have a huge one in front and a smaller one in the back). They covered all the landscaping with tarps so nothing would get damaged. Wayne also came by several times during the day to check on the project. I also had a project manager on site all day, Omar, with whom I was able to ask questions at any time which was also great. They also used a magnet to pick up all the nails on my property and to date I only found one nail (in the vegetation, no biggie) - good job guys!! They worked well into the evening but by that time they were cleaning up. To sum it up they were efficient, did a wonderful job and were very timely (about 6 guys climbing around). I enjoyed working with Wayne and Omar and would highly recommend them.

About a year ago we hired D-Wing to replace our detached garage roof. This job was a tearoff of 2 layers of nasty old shingles and replace about 12 feet of fascia. It was a stormy 2014 Spring. The job was delayed a few times, with our blessing, so that the company could work on "homes" that had storm damage. Our job was completed about 5 weeks after we signed the contract...and we were understanding of the situation.Our saleman, Wayne was in contact with us via email during this 5 week period. At no time did we believe something was ill about the job. Now, one day I came home from work and the roof job was complete! I could not believe the speed of which this "team" must have worked. I began to look around and the entire job was done. I did NOT find one nail on the ground. Our yard and driveway were all cleaned up and everything was perfect. Here is the point I want to make, our salesman, Wayne was wonderful. After the new roof was installed we noted that "water" was leaking on the ceiling of the inside of the garage. Right away he came out to the house to inspect the roof and found nothing out of order. I few weeks later another leak. Wayne sent out a guy to inspect the attic of the garage. Turns out we had 4 legged animals living in the attic and using this space to nest and breed. WOW. We never would have known if not for this company. They were so nice, always returned our emails and overall wonderful. Wayne is a great guy. We thank you for all your kindness.

D-Wing replaced the shingles on our home. They are very capable and did a high quality job within a very short schedule. This firm excelled in these areas: attention to detail, communication, protection of our landscaping( even protected fragile flowers) and clean-up after the project. A few changes evolved during the project and they were handled professionally and fairly. Steve was great to work; answered all my detailed questions and responded to all my special requests.
