They were fast and sensitive to our condomates worries about the animals. Their work was fairly priced.

They were punctual and professional, according to my husband who was home. We did not see any more wasps last summer. We were very pleased with the results.

They came on the day scheduled, performed the work for a reasonable price. Within a month we had wasps swarming at our back door, so I would say that whatever they use is not effective. We have used other services in previous years and not seen a wasp the rest of the year. Had the house re-treated with our old company. No problems anymore.

This is the third year we've made use of the Angie's List Deal for Chem-Wise Wasp Prevention. We had always had a huge problem with wasps prior to using them. But have had no problems other than a stray wasp occasionally. We definitely recommend this service and have to all of our neighbors.

Tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days of my call. Tim arrived on time. He looked at the patio door where I had been seeing the ants and wanted to see the basement. We went down to the basement to see if he could identify where the ants were coming from. Tim moved some shelves around so he could examine the perimeter of the basement where the joists meet the concrete. He also removed some pieces of insulation and examined each piece for evidence. He also examined the floor and shelves. Tim found some suspicious areas which he vacuumed. He told me that he wanted to vacuum so that I could monitor for evidence of ants after he had completed the treatment. Tim sprayed the area near the joists and replaced the insulation and shelves. He put some gel in the area between the patio door and floor. He also sprayed the perimeter of the house. Tim assured me that the treatment would not effect my cats. He instructed me to keep the cats out of the basement while he sprayed and assured me that they would not be able to get into the gel that he placed into the crack between my patio door and floor. Once the treatment was done Tim reviewed a document with tips to help me keep my home free of ants. He left me with a copy of the document. It's been a week and a half and I don't see ants or any evidence of their handiwork. I thought that the cost of the service might be a little high, but I am pleased with the results.

We had a massive infestation of carpenter bees. They came out treated the areas where the bees had created nests. The first application was about 80% successful but our problem was so huge some holes where missed and they came back a couple more times and treated those holes. I've gone back and sealed the holes with wood putty and haven't seen a carpenter bee in weeks. They are super responsive and did a great job we'd definitely use them again.

The service technician was prompt, listened to my concerns, explained in detail what he was going to do and asked me if I had any questions before he started. I have to say that they went above and beyond. About a week later I saw a couple of carpenter bees returning to their old roost and called Amber. She waylaid my fears and told me what to watch for. The bees have not returned. We have had a wonderful summer without the stinging pests and I will surely have Chemwise perform this service every spring.

Two visits, both punctual. The service itself takes only about 20 minutes. We called them back about two weeks later when the ants reemerged after heavy rains. We haven't seen any ants since the second application. I don't have the invoice handy, but the price seemed reasonable and there was no charge for the follow-up service.

They are wonderful! They set up an appointment, arrive promptly, and take care of the problem. They also provide a guarantee so if we see any insects, they will come back for free and apply another treatment. I also like that their treatments are environmentally friendly.

I have used them before and called them this time to do some preventative bee & wasp proofing. They do a good job and showed up on time. They followed all of my instructions on everything. If we do need to spray again, we would use them in the future.

The technician, Earnest, was very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions and was very polite. He told me what to expect after the treatment and how I have 90 days' worth of guarantee. He also called to confirm the appointment and called again when he was close by so I could put my dog in her cage....very helpful.

Very friendly and professional. Listened to my suggestions about previous wasps' nests on our property and treated those areas as well as others where he typically finds wasps nests. Told me he would return any time this summer to treat a nest that forms. So far, we are wasp-free!

They answered promptly. Came out on short notice because we had wasps in our house. And did prescribed followup. They cured the problem.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. This did not work out so well. I called them out to do some wasp treatment around my home. After their treatment the problem did not go away so I contact some other people who came out to do the service all over again. These other people said the wasp hives were still active and they had not died out.
