Companies that are customer-centric are far more successful at building brand loyalty than those who are not. It is as much a strategy as a culture of doing business that creates the best experience for the customer. Commitments are met, and so therefore, customers feel valued. Getting to know your customers and what they want and need is imperative. Although we had been pleased with the services provided by Chem-Wise in past years, we no longer are. After our recent experience, we will no longer hire their pest management services due to their unsatisfactory work, ineffective communication and lack of respect. To make matters worse was their response to our concerns by placing the onus on us the customers and by denying any culpability on their part. In past years, we were always given a call from the company to schedule an appointment at our convenience. They were to not only check several mouse traps in our garage but also to spray the entire perimeter of our residence. Prior to their scheduled appointment, we would always remove our bird feeders to avoid any chance of contamination. This time, they just showed up without any prior notice at all! Though the manager indicated that they had just sent out an email, he admitted that it had been sent to an incorrect address! Moreover, not only did the technician never check the mousetraps in the garage (which he was supposed to have done) but he also sprayed chemicals too close to the bird feeders. Mistakes do happen! Yet, there’s always a lesson to be learned. What is more, there are methods to be used for dealing with a faux pas--specifically, acknowledging, apologizing and addressing the mistake. By putting customers first, it is always in their best interests to be treated with integrity, respect and empathy.

Pest control always great but recently changed to this grass company and I have to say JIMMY is the best and will take the time- We have been through a lot of different grass companies and we finally feel like we got the personalization we need - highly recommend if u can get Jimmy and Derek-

Our neighborhood in Chicago is swarming with rats as a result of nearby construction and COVID trash.... Chem-Wise was very fast with service, seemed very knowledgeable, and set us up for a monthly service for "high activity" abatement. The rats seem to be taking the bait somewhat, though we may have come to the party too late. Hopefully repeated treatments will stop the ongoing invasion. Chem-Wise is highly responsive and quick to come out as needed. They offer plenty of services -- check them out!

The office staff is helpful and responsive and the field workers are professional, personable, and punctual. Most importantly, their treatments work. I have recommended them to friends and family, and they, too, have been pleased. I get the triennial program. It’s a bargain!

Not sure the weather has been very rainy. I will check it out when weather clears. The nice thing is they will come back and re-treat for free if problem persists. They are GREAT!

Had a large nest in the wall and bees were getting into the house. They needed to come back 3 times after the initial visit but did so promptly and as part of the original cost.

We were having an ant problem in our house. The ants would keep showing up in the cat food no matter where we put the food. We called Chem-wise and scheduled an appointment within the same week. They showed up on time. The service guy was great and extremely friendly! He sprayed around the entire perimeter of the house and put some ant poison in the kitchen area where the ants seemed to be found the most. We saw the ants eating the poison the next 24 hours. After that, the ant infestation was completely eradicated. It has been a couple of months and we have not seen one ant in our house. Our cats and us are extremely happy with the results!

So far, after one treatment, there has been a noticeable reduction in insect activity both inside and outside the house.

Very punctual. Very professional. The ant issue continued after 2 weeks, but Chem-Wise were promptly out again and second time eliminated the ants. Very happy with their service and with the company. I would definitely call them again if I experience another rodent or other un-invited guests in my house.
