Chem Wise is fantastic! Very courteous..... and I called them to come back out....... no charge....... they guarantee there work until December. Definitely will use them again. I used Orkin for years ..... and will never go back to them..... CHEM WISE is the way to go!

Provider arrived as scheduled. Inquired as to where and what problems we were experiencing. He then sprayed around the exterior perimeter of the house to eliminate any current insect issues. A week later, all pest problems continue to be eliminated.

Chem-Wise is the only company I contacted that agreed to do the removal on a three story home and at the best price out there. The technician was prompt and professional. Took the time to explain what he was doing and even taught our 6 year old a lot about wasps. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. Another company told me to call a bee keeper! Please, if you have a wasp/hornet/bee infestation, don't bother researching, just call Chem-Wise!

The chem-wise rep was on time and very courteous. He sprayed the perimeter outside and placed bait inside. It has been 10 weeks since the service and we have not had any insect recurrence.

It turned out alright. They came out very quick. I would use them again.

We had movers coming to move a few things out of the house and I noticed the growing (in number and size) wasp nests around the garage doors. Chem-Wise had a special shown on Angie's List that week, specifically for wasp/bee treatment, so I decided to give them a try. The service person, Jim, was here when he said he would be (we happened to be gone during that hour because something else had come up; we left a note on the door); he called and left a message when he was done, and left his number in case we had questions or additional needs. I will definitely use them again for my pest control needs!

We have a 2-story brick house with ornamental shutters around the windows which are apparently great places for wasps to nest and we also had a very active bee's nest inside one of our eaves, way up near the very top of the roof-line. The Chem-Wise technician (Mark) was very professional and friendly and did an excellent job in getting rid of the wasps and bee's. The second story windows and eaves were very high and some were quite difficult to reach but Mark took it as as a personal challenge to make sure he did a thorough job. He had to improvise to reach some of the areas and I think the job took a lot longer than he originally thought but he was adament that he was not going to leave until he was satisfied he was able to treat each area. We have not had any wasps or bee's since his work and are extremely happy with Chem-Wise and their professional staff.

It was fine. It's the second time we've used them for spraying for bees. They were courteous and on time. They seem to get the job done.

I now use them routinely. We have them come every year because Angie’s List has a coupon. We had an issue with carpenter bees do some damage to our house. Since using them, we have not seen any bees or damage. They let us know to call them if we see anything. They have been very responsive to our calls. They do great work. They are very knowledgeable about different types of insects and how to take care of them. They are the only ones I really know how to deal with carpenter bees. I have them on speed dial for my phone. The technicians have always been great and professional.

The deal was semi-successful. It took care of the immediate problem, however, the deal stated it would last for 1 year and it did not. It was initially effective, but did not last.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. All the arrangements were made by my husband Mike but I know he was satisfied and the guy was good.

It went very well. They came out shortly after we've purchased them. There were no additional charges. It was my first time using them. Everything was good. They did what they said. They were polite and on time. We haven't had a problem since. I would absolutely use them in the future.

After purchasing an old house we found we had carpet beetles living under our floorboards (we discovered lots of shed larva skins during some remodeling) as well as who knows where else. Unfortunately we were not able to eliminate the infestation ourselves because they were not living in an accessible part of our home where we could have just cleaned the infested items or area. Chem-wise warned us that carpet beetles are difficult to deal with but offered us a 30-45 day guarantee on the treatment. They first came out on 6/18. They power dusted the unfinished attic with boric acid, distributed boric acid around the perimeter of every room of the main floor, and also put some in a few other areas where I suspected they might be living, like above some drop ceiling panels in our kitchen and a few spots in the basement. I understood that the materials take up to 10 or so days to work as the beetles go through their life cycle. I definitely saw diminished activity but five weeks later I was still seeing some beetles and larvae. I called for a followup treatment, which took place on 7/24 at no charge. This one was much less involved than the first treatment; the technician just put some more boric acid in the select areas where I'd continued to see activity. After that I didn't see a single adult beetle. Two weeks later I did see a live and disturbingly healthy-looking larva, but since then nothing at all, so (knock on wood) I'm hoping the problem is 100% resolved. Everyone I was in contact with was very professional, all the way from the people who answer the phones to the people who discuss quotes to the people who actually perform the service.

Excellent. Great customer service. We are now on an ongoing maintenance plan.

I bought the big deal in Angie's list and scheduled an appointment with the provider. They came to our house on time and sprayed on the backyard and siding to prevent the bees around the house. I didn't see the bees in my backyard after the spray. It was nice working with them.

Chem-wise arrived right on time. I told him that we had already found and gotten rid of several wasp nests so far this summer, so we wanted them to check and spray preventatively. We also had a softball-sized nest in one of our backyard trees ... we thought it was a wasp nest, but it turned out to be a bald faced hornet nest. The gentleman put on his suit, got his poison ready, climbed up to the hornet nest and went to work ... killing the nest and all of the hornets. Then he sprayed around the house for wasps. The gentleman from Chem-wise was very throrough and pleasant. I would definitely hire them again.

It went very well. He was a highly professional individual, and he did exactly what we asked. He arrived right on time, came just a day after we called (we were desperate), and went the extra mile in reassuring us when the wasps didn't disappear immediately. Clearly we had a gigantic nest and it took a while for them all to die. He was creative in trying to help us figure out how the wasps were getting into the house from the eaves, also, which allowed us to go on using the affected room.

We have a 100% wood house and found carpenter bee holes when we had it inspected for purchase. A couple more bored into the eaves of the house after we moved in. Chem Wise came 2 days after we paid for the deal. The first technician spent maybe 10 minutes at the house including discussion. There were many dead bees over the ensuing days but within 8-9 days we were finding the telltale wax, etc from the bees back near the original holes and a new hole was started. They came back promptly when informed and this time the technician spent maybe 30 minutes and used a different chemical. This clearly worked. We were told they will continue to come back for the year of coverage we paid for. In all, I give them a "B" because they were very prompt and seem to intend on standing behind their work, but I am not happy that they couldn't have used what appeared to be the better chemical the first time. After all, this house is 100% wood except the windows and is vulnerable, in addition to being surrounded by woods.

Great. It was easy to set up the appointment, the technician was punctual, friendly and efficient. He provide important information regarding what to do after the service. The service was effective, as we were not troubled by wasps or other insects for the remainder of the summer.

Wasps moved from backyard to front yard. Were not able to use chyrsanthamum oil (non toxic) version of wasp spray which was advertised on their site. Came back next day and resprayed free of charge and guaranteed til 12/2013. Nice people, resoponsive.

Tried to make an appointment with a larger corporation who had clearly outsourced their phone support. Took a while, but eventually I realized that they wanted me to sign up for some sort of program. Found Chem-Wise on Angie's List. Appointment made in no time thanks to a super helpful employee who explained the process and understood that I had purchased this deal on Angie's List. Our service technician arrived on time, explained the process and worked quickly. Problem solved. Somehow, the wasps returned - but so did Chem-Wise very quickly once I called them to report that the pests had returned. Usually, with an online deal you'd be worried about an up-charge after the initial visit but there was no additional cost whatsoever. Wasp problem was solved and we're very happy with their work.

Great job, we did this before having a big outside party. We noviced a huge difference in the number of wasps.

This is the second year in a row that we used them. They used pet friendly spray in all the areas that we asked. This year we only needed them one time, but they'll come out again in the same year if needed. Their technicians and phone reps are always very courteous.
