Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management

It turned out really good. They actually also took care of my bee problem and did a great job at that.

There was a dead mouse in the basement, so I called the chem-wise. Technician Pepe came this morning and he was very professional and detailed oriented. Not only carefully checked the basement, he found the entry point, he also did attic inspection as well. Throughout the whole process, he was very friendly, explaining what he found, taking some pictures in attic to show me what need to be fixed. All my questions got answered and I feel much better afterwards.

I was stung nine times on a Sunday afternoon, and Chem-wise responded within a day. When I got home from work, the nest was inactive, and I haven't seen any activity since.

It went okay. We just realized that this deal would not cover interior space and unfortunately it was not advertised in the big deal ad.

It went fairly well, the technician that came out was on time. He was prompt and extremely professional. I called right away and made an appointment. I could not find the entry point and he found it right away. He did what he needed to do and then I had to have the area sealed. I would use them again.

It worked out fine. I used them shortly after I purchased it. I would use them again in the future.

Service tech came in on a Saturday and sprayed the house for us. He was courteous and answered all the questions we had. I like their tri-annual service deal and would recommend this company to others.

The service was great. They came out very quickly. The nest was right near the faucet for the hose, so everytime I watered the flowers, I ran the risk of getting stung, so I needed the work done quickly.

So far so good. They provided next morning service and arrived on time. Inspection was quick and professional. Bait traps and bait are eco friendly, and don't pose a danger to our pets. We haven't seen a mouse since and their fee includes a 2 week follow-up visit.

It went very well. They came out as planned, sprayed for bees and we didn't have any bees nesting on the deck all summer.

Well, all of the positive things that people have said about Chem-Wise proved to be 100% true and then some! We started the service in June. The technician on the initial visit was professional, informative, and thorough. He did a thorough perimeter treatment of the house, and did some interior spraying/baiting where there was past activity. About two months later, we observed some carpenter ant activity inside of our house. Per the tri-annual plan, Chem-Wise pledges that they will retreat between scheduled visits if there are problems. I called them, and if memory serves me, they were there the same day! Wow! The tech retreated the perimeter and carefully applied product in the interior where activity had been seen. For whatever reason, these ants were not going to give up without a fight! It was necessary for Chem-Wise to come out again. At some point, I had a conversation with the branch manager Kevin who had some ideas of how to tackle the issue. Mark from Chem-Wise was there a day or two later. I mean to tell ya... this guy was on a mission. He was very understanding of our concerns and went the extra mile to address the problem. He took his life into his hands by crawling around the attic to try to track down the source of the issues (fortunately there was nothing happening in the attic). He went through the entire house in detail, and walked around the property twice to assess where the issues might be. Well, that was two weeks ago... and we haven't seen one ant since! Those critters would do well to stay away, because Chem-Wise is only a phone call away! Without question, the Chem-Wise team is a conscientious group who is determined to do their job well and make happy customers in the process! They are also responsible in how they apply treatments (to avoid over-treating). The bottom line: I highly recommend Chem-Wise!

I have been using them for the past six years for maintenance. They are really good and I have not had any problems with them. When I call them with problems, they come out right away. They are usually out here the next day; they are really quick and down to earth people. I always refer them to my friends and they are great. The price is great, it is not overbearing. It is a smaller company to and they cater to me. I do wait on the phone and I do not get lost in the paper work. I think that they are great. I will continue to use them.

It worked out good. I liked the fact that there were couple of hides that were already up there they knocked down as part of it. They were timely. They were responsive and nice. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The technician was very professional, arrived early and explained the process to me in detail. He adjusted his treatment so that I could get my car out of the garage before the bees got really angry about being sprayed. He was friendly and pleasant and patiently answered all of my questions. He also explained more than once that if I saw any more bees, the service was guaranteed until the end of the year. This was one of the best pest control experiences I have ever had!

Jim was direct, honest, personable and effective. He took a conservative approach and was effective with his treatment. His approach was supported with more treatment, with in 90 days, if needed. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

I always seem to have a problem with wasps, even after I've had bee and wasp proofing, but so far so good this time. I also purchased their Tri-Annual Service. I'll be getting my last spray of the year soon. I'm not sure how I feel about this service yet, I'm still killing spiders and springtails. I have used yearly pest control for over 35 years since we purchased our first house and have gone thru a lot of companies. They are better then some, but no worse then other pest control companies I've used, except for Orkin, they are the worst. update...after my last spray of the season, I haven't had any problems, or had to kill any bugs or spiders, so I will most likely give them another try.

Great service! They were prompt and professional -- no mess or fuss. We have seen significantly fewer wasps than usual (even after 3 months). I will use this service again next year.

Called Chem-Wise to come out and take care of a bee problem in my basement. They did just that in about 20 min. time after showing up. VERY PROFESSIONAL. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Purchased a Big Deal mostly to ensure a previous mouse problem did not return. Spider prevention just happened to be part of it due to the Big Deal. A representative came to the house twice. First time set rodent bait, second time came to check the activity. All went fine and the mouse problem did not return. However, I'm not convinced that the additional spider prevention was affective. Still saw many throughout the winter.

Firstly, the customer service staff at Chem-Wise are top notch! Secondly, the tech arrived punctually to provide our exterior insect treatment. He was courteous, professional, and answered every question I asked him. He didn't expressed any indication of annoyance as I'm sure I was slowing him down! He was thorough in treating the entire exterior and completed within 40 minutes. Chem-Wise also provides lawn care services. They were prompt with their free estimate (which was reasonable priced) and I intend on using them for this service as well.
