Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management

My service was more preventative on nature, luckily I did not have rodent activity. Although they identified some holes in my walls that were large enough to permit entry; and later plugged those holes. If I had an infestation I would not hesitate to call them out again.

We have two different employees out to our home. Each time they have come (so far 4 times), they have narrowed down the problem and attempted to find the source of the problem and put fixes in. They return another day to see if the changes were effective. They have been great about calling to schedule appointments, showing up promptly, polite and keep us informed about what they have done and give us options to proceed.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out fine. We are going to be checking back in a little while for at third check. They came on time and did exactly what the deal indicated they would do. They came out in a timely manner within the time frame that was promised in the deal. They did everything they promised they would do as part of the deal. We may have additional charges, but that is beyond the scope of the original work so that is fine. I thought the person who came out was very pleasant and timely. He was on time when he came and gave very good explanations of exactly what was going on. He answered all of my questions regarding our pets and whether their treatment was safe for them. He explained everything that he was doing and was a good communicator. They did what they said they would do and were pleasant to work with. I thought their pricing was very fair for what they did and I was pleased with their service.

They did a wonderful job! The representative was very polite and professional. He did a complete job and was very knowledgeable about his work.

I really liked the technician that came out to my home however he did not spray for the spiders on the first visit. Scheduling was easy and they called to let me know before they were coming over the first time. They had to come out twice to complete the work. They set up the traps in the basement, garage and kitchen to catch the rodents and they come back out to check the traps. There is also poison on the inside of the traps.

My experience was fine. The technician came out to put down traps and he came back once the rodents were trapped. I have not seen any rodents since then. They were very responsive and actually one of the best companies I have ever worked with. He called me beforehand to confirm the appointment and before he arrived to my home.

Very well, they were very fast and we were wasp free for the whole summer.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was a very good experience. The technician was prompt and very good at explaining what he was doing while he was here. I called them ahead of time before I purchased the Big Deal and then went back and purchased the special deal and then called them back.

They are prompt, courteous and professional. This is the first time I have hired someone to do pest control and had no idea of cost. This sounded like a good value until they offered the same service for $79. I also thought that since this was rodent control they could remove the possum living under my front porch. They only handle mice.

The technician was amazing! I was the one running a little bit late and he ended up servicing someone else before me to give me extra time to get home! I wish I remembered specific technicians name, but I can't remember it and it wasn't on the receipt. He was truly one of the most positive people I've met in a long time. I am a single mother of a 2 year old and my house has a TON of toys around. I was embarrassed about my clutter, but he made me feel very comfortable. He was exceptionally nice to myself, my daughter, and my dog. I will be requesting that he be the one to come back out in 2 weeks. I just wish I remembered his name to share in this review!!

Sprayed hornet repellent around exterior of house covering areas most likely for nests. Did not have any hornet problems throughout the summer, even with eating meals out on the back deck.

went down in crawl space to check for rodents. put bait down and closed openings for future problems.

I had mice in my basement and Steve was able to determine their point(s) of entry and seal the holes and eliminate the mice. I am very pleased and relieved to have the problem fixed. I would definitely use the company again. Very knowledgable, professional, and friendly service.

While I thought the vendor would come and seal all possible points of entry, they actually have a process of placing "food" and coming back to see if/where it is eaten. This is a much better process than simply sealing holes, because pests could then become trapped in the home. The good news is we have no pests, but we really wanted to be sure and do everything we could to prevent having a problem. Chem-Wise is smart, eco-friendly (they don't use harsh chemicals), and professional.

I saw a mouse in my house. Chem-wise came out to my home and placed several mouse dehydration traps in the house. They came back later to check for evidence of mice having nibbled the dehydration pellets and caulk any potential entry points into the house. I would use them again.

They were very thorough and I fell the HVAC system is much cleaner now, and no more spiders!!

They did a good job and were on-time. Scheduling was also fine.

They were polite and informative. They explained the nature of the products they were using and the service plan. I contacted them with concerns later in the season and they helped me problem-solve the issue, which did not in fact require further treatments.

|I would use them again... you just have to make sure they call to schedule |a time. One of their techs, sprayed in the rain but the company sent someone out for a second application no charge no questions. The company is very customer service oriented.

Terrific company. Great communication, great service, and great value. I'd definitely use them again.

E.J. came out the first time and did the spraying for spiders and set out the bate for the mice and was GREAT to deal with. 2 1/2 weeks later Bill came out to check the the bate to see if any mice had eaten any of the bate and was great to deal with also. I would call them again if we need their services again. Terrific people to deal with.

ALL WAS DONE. THE TECH WAS VERY NEAT, POLITE AND A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND ALSO VERY RESPECTABLE FOR THE HOME AND SORROUNDINGS OF THE PROPPERTY. HE WENT IN THE TIGHTEST PLACES AND INSPECTED FOR OLD AND NEW PESTS. NONE FOUND. HE THEN TREAT THE ENTIRE HOME FOR ALL PESTS IF THEY DO HAPPEN TO COME IN. HE ALSO SHOWED WERE THEY COULD ENVER IN IF THEY REALY TRIED. AFTER SPENDING A GOOD 1.5 HRS HERE HE WAS GONE WITH A FOLLOW UP DATE ON SCHEDULED. I WOULD DEFINATELY USED THEM AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMEMMED THEM TO ANYONE.

It was done very quickly and has seemed to do the job for a couple of years.

I have never seen any mice at all since then.
