Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management

He applied a "green" gel for the ants to eat and take back to the nest. Told us they should be gone in seven days -- if not call back and they'd come out again as part of the service. Very impressed with how detail oriented and educational they were. We would use again and plan to continue to use for our pest issues.

It went okay, the issue is they were coming out looking for mice yet it was kind of a rat problem. They were like we will refund you the money for the mice and then if we come out for mice, we will charge you the same amount. We thought they were very nice. It ended up being a bigger issue than just the rats.They were very responsive, they called like within a week after we had bought the deal and we made an appointment.

Chem-Wise came to our home to treat for wasps. A few weeks after treatment found a wasp nest at our front door. We called Chem-Wise and they came out and treated area again. Response time was quick and they stood by their guarantee and did not charge for the follow-up service. We recommended them to a friend who was also pleased with their service.

I'm very happy with them. The guy that came was extremely nice. I think they were very good and I would definitely use them again.

Had an issue with many wasps coming out of corner in side of house. They scheduled quickly. Came out sprayed perimeter of house focusing on where wasps were living. Within one day of treatments we saw no more wasps. Almost a year later and still no sign of them. Very professional and quick! Would hire again ( hopefully I won't need to!)

They were very good. The wasps came back, and Chem-Wise came back to take care of the wasps. They did a good job and it was worth it to purchase the deal.

They were fine. There were no additional services for the $95 I paid. They were knowledgeable. They were prompt and they did their work.

The main activity of the mice had been determined by me due to the mice feces. That said; they needed the traps in place for 2 weeks to determine other sites of mice entry. When the provider came back all traps were inspected [and left for future mice control] and then the site of entry in the basement was plugged using steel wool as the mice will not try to get through that as it cuts their teeth, mouth. Thus far in 1 month no more entries. So it was worth the while to have someone else fit the sites.

Chem-Wise was great. The technician Keith called to confirm the appointment, and showed up on time. He gave me a quick lesson in what he called Mice 101. It was very informative and helpful. He proceeded to check in the pantry, under the sink, behind the fridge and stove and in the garage. We moved to the basement and he placed bait in several locations. Keith explained the process, he would would return in 2 weeks to check the bait and we would be able to see where the mice were coming in. Keith returned in 2 weeks and checked the bait stations, and checked the outside for places where the mouse got in. All in all I am extremely happy with the service.

This was an Angie's List promotion for a rodent exclusion and spider prevention. Everything went very well. Mark arrived 2/12 within the agreed-upon time. He set black boxes with poison in the crawlspace and first floor. He was very thorough in seeking out places where mice would visit, pulling out appliances, etc. He also sprayed for spiders. He then followed up on 2/26, again within the allotted time, and gave me his analysis after checking the boxes. I haven't spotted a problem since, but was told if I incurred one, to let them know. I couldn't have been happier with the courtesy, the professionalism and the responsiveness of this company, and I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Overall effective service and good customer service. I was especially impressed with management when I talked to them about a concern and today went above and beyond to address. Excellent value for the money.

It was awful. He was unprepared, didn't have the right equipment, and didn't solve the problem. I had some painters out a few weeks later, and they were actually the ones that got rid of the wasps. I would never use them again.

I contacted Chem Wise after seeing a mice run across my kitchen counter. Their initial visit was on 2/11/14. They looked for openings and mice droppings throughout my 2 bedroom condo. Determined that their were droppings behind kitchen stove and dryer located in the utility room. This obviously was done by the original builders of the condo building which is 36 yrs old. I am very pleased with the technician's customer service and thoroughness. He was very easy to do business with. I initially set up an appointmenet with another company but decided to cancel that appointment and try ChemWise...I am glad I did.

Pope was very careful about where he put the application. We have two dogs and although the application is not hazardous to them he still was careful where he put the gel. And it worked!!

I think it's possible that some entry points would not show daylight. They are only prepared to seal off entry points that are an inch or so--our entry points were too big for them to deal with. They set traps which were somewhat effective. The weather has been so cold that there has been no chance for new mice to come into the house so we don't know if all the openings were identified.

Excellent service as always. Amber is always professional and courteous on the phone. Rudy was our technician and is dedicated to solving any pest problem. We will never use another company. ChemWise has always come through for us whether it be wasps, ants or spiders!

I called because my home was attacked by box elder bugs. They covered the east side of my home to the extent that we couldn't get in the door without bringing them inside with us. Chem Wise came out the next day after I called and sprayed the house outside. I was told what to expect for the next two weeks, and they were spot on. About four weeks later I had them come again, and they retreated the area. NO MORE BUGS! We were so happy with their work, we decided to buy a year contract. They came four more times and took care of an ant problem and also the spiders in the crawl space. I was extremely happy with their service and would surely use them and recommend their service.

It was okay. Overall it felt more like an entry level to buy into the biannual thing, where they come and tell you that they will be back in the spring and try to get you in. We weren't too happy about it. We had mice problems and we were interested in seeing how the mice were getting into our home, and how we could do a better job at managing them, but he didn't help. He said they were getting in through the garage, which he can't stop. He put a couple of things around the home to tell us the activity level, and he didn't tell us anything new. Basically there is activity in our garage, and he will come back in the spring to reassess. We didn't get anything out of the 139 Dollars, and he came when I wasn't around, and told my wife things. I then called the problem, and he explained a few more things to me. He wanted us to get into the program, so they can come twice a year to manage the problem. I think it was worth the big deal. He didn't leave anything written with my wife, and I had to call them for the information, and to find out what happened, but the information I got was a matter of fact thing. I think they should have given more information, and I feel that we were misled into thinking that the one time visit would be enough.

They came, they sprayed, they left.

The company was very nice, but said I needed a different type of service that wasn't covered by the aid. They told me to ask for a refund through you. Thank you, S.

There were no new varmin and they plugged some "holes " and were done.

They are really great. They come out whenever I feel I need them. They've been really great, I would highly recommend them.
