They did what they said they were going to do. Their communication was fine and scheduling was simple. They had a guarantee with their work but I never had to use it.

Easy to set up. Provider arrived on time, sprayed everything. And, best of all, it worked! We could finally spend time outside without being overwhelmed by wasps. Plan to use next year, too.

They were really good; excellent. They also were easy to work with and punctual. I have a contract with them for periodic treatments.

After seeing reviews here, and having them initially come out a year ago, I signed up for their Tri-Annual Service (a great deal!) to spray for the annoying box elder bugs that we have in our area. I really liked them from the beginning, which is why I signed up for them to come out three times per year. It's a really good deal and I am always satisfied with them. The woman who answers the phone to schedule the appointments is always very knowledgeable and is willing to answer any questions I have. They have always been able to schedule appointments pretty quickly after I call and come exactly on time, each time. The technicians (I've met two different guys) have been very friendly, professional, and willing to answer any questions I have (in particular, if their bug sprays are pet friendly - which they are!). We will definitely be sticking with these guys for any extermination needs!

The technician who came the first time was very thorough and explained where he thought the mice were coming in. Even though there was a foot of snow around the foundation, he walked the perimeter and looked for openings. He said he would follow up in two weeks and that Chem wise would call me. No one called me, but I called them and scheduled an appointment for a two hour window. No one came. When I called, the woman I spoke with was very upset that no one had showed up and asked if they got someone to my house in 30 minutes if I could be home. I agreed. A different but equally nice tech came and walked through the basement and garage with me. He re-baited the traps in both places, saying that the basement ones had barely been touched but the garage traps were almost empty. He said someone would call to come again in 3 weeks to check. That time is nearing. I will probably need to call them myself, but I have more than gotten my money's worth from my Big Deal and really like Chem wise and their people. I will continue to use them.

i bought the deal and within 2 hours, chem-wise called! we scheduled our visit and their service was prompt and very thorough. the serviceman was polite, knowledgable and listened to all of my concerns, then addressed them in his application. he told me to call if we have any further problems with bees this year and they will come back. it's guaranteed for a year, so i am grateful in getting it done as the bugs emerge this year.

Service was scheduled very quickly, and they arrived on time. After inspection, it was determined that the problem was stemming from stored dog food in the area. No treatment was needed other than removing/cleaning the area with soap and water and removing the offending food. A follow up call came later that day to confirm the "diagnosis". Would definitely call again.

We had carpenter bees in our back porch. They treated that area specifically and then also treated the entire property/house (oustide). The service comes with a guarentee and we had to use it. We had to have them come back when a few bees returned and they came out immedicately.

Treated a LARGE active underground bee hive. No bees returned the rest of the season. Then he treated the rest of the house to prevent future hives. The tech was very courteous and professional. He explained what he was going to do and said to call back in a few days if there was any return of activity so they could remedy the situation. We were extremely happy with the service and would use them again in the future.

Identified source of problem. Set unobtrusive traps and sealed areas of entry Timely first visit with reminders and timely follow-up. Very professional and thoughtful in explanations. Also did spider spray. Even noticed and mentioned that sump pump was not working. May have saved us a minor flood! All services performed at a cost that was equal to a much less successful attempt by another exterminator service that I had not hired from Angie's list earlier in the winter. Very positive comments from the home front - I got a call at work from home indicating "these guys are great!" Would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!

Chem-wise came out three times, two as follow-ups after the initial visit. It was important to us to make sure that the traps were safe for a home with children and they explained how the mice tend to not die in the house once they have eaten the bait. On the third visit they covered all entry points that could potential be the way mice were getting in the house. So far so good!

We found chem-wise on Angie's List. They were able to schedule an appointment on a day and time convenient for us and showed up on time. We found the service to be thorough and the person was informative and professional. We needed a return visit to completely eradicate the wasps. Chem-wise came back quickly and made sure the job was complete and we were satisfied. I wish every service provider was as customer focused as Chem-Wise.

I originally called because of a pavement ant issue, but am happy to have them as our consistent exterminator as well. The technician was professional, on-time, and so far--no ants!

And because it was a notably large problem, CW mentioned they might need to come out again, if we saw any activity after 2 weeks -- we did see a few ants, and CW came the next day at no charge. Haven't seen an ant since.

I scheduled the appointment but cancelled it after we found out it wasn't mice in our garage. Every single time I log into Angie's list I am requested to submit a review of a service I didn't use.
