Chem-Wise is the best! I've used their services for 4 years and wouldn't work with anyone else. They are very professional, punctual, affordable, trustorthy, and provide clear answers to any customer questions.

It was great! Scheduling was easy, they showed on time for the appointment, and the treatment was very effective. In fact, it took care of the problem right away, and we haven't had any issues since that time.

The provider was prompt and professional. He did an inspection throughout the house inside and outside, event went up into the attic. He recommended sealing around some possible entry points. He explained that any ants found should be left and not killed so that the poison can be taken to the nest. Still too early to tell if the treatment worked but the initial visit seemed fine.

arrived on time, sprayed exterior and basement and set up preventative traps for mice. very pleasant and answered all of our questions.

Rudy arrived on time and I was asked where I had been seeing wasps and if I knew of any nests. The main issue I had was with a resin deck box on my patio. Rudy opened the lid and sprayed the box, which made the wasps very agitated. He closed the lid for several minutes to let the spray take affect. He then inspected and sprayed the entire perimeter of the house and removed any nests that were found. Rudy then came back to the patio, opened the deck box, removed the contents, disposed of any wasps and nests. He then sprayed the box again. He told me to call again if I saw any more wasps or nests. The job was well done and I will hire them again if needed.

I noticed a very large wasp nest in the far corner of a storage space underneath my back porch as I have a bungalow with a walkout basement. Although I did not see anything flying out of the nest I was not sure if had active bees or hornets inside. I phoned Chem-Wise and was given the phone number to an Office near my home. I was able to schedule an appointment at my convenience. The gentleman that came out phoned when he was on the way as I had requested and he was on time. He was very courteous and polite. He knew immediately it was an old nest and climbed in the back of the storage space and removed it and placed it in a garbage bag and took it with him. I chose this company from Angies list as it seemed to have the most ratings and was rated highly. I would definitely use them again.

They are echo friendly and the customer service is pretty good. If you need help with any special bug problem, they can deal with that.

The work was just done today but I will update if a respray is needed to report on their responsiveness. They were on time, professional and I would definitely use again.

I purchased the bee and wasp proofing deal last year and it worked great so I bought the same deal again. This year I decided to add the tri-annual perimeter spraying for crawling pests. Hopefully this will work as great as the bee/wasp proofing.

Excellent. The company contacted me within two days of purchasing my Big Deal to schedule a appointment. Mr. Johnson was early for his appointment which was fine. He was polite and professional. He seemed concern about any problems we were experiencing and completed the job in a timely manner. Over the next few days we noticed a difference in the number of bugs on our patio and we haven't seen the usual wasp activity around the second floor window or the spider activity near the garage. Yes we will use them again.

This was our second time to use this service as we are plagued by wasps in our back yard every year. Last year it was 100% successful at keeping the wasps away all year, and so we repeated the service with another year of success. We are very pleased with the professionalism and service of this company and refer them to all our friends with extermination needs.

The service went very poorly. We had mice and wasps and the technician could not figure out how to prevent both issues. The guy did not know what he was doing. Scheduling was fine. Our painter found the wasps and was able to handle the situation easily.

This is the second review of this company. My first review I raved about them. This one I am not happy with at all. I purchased the rodent removal coupon. I called them - the gentlemen came out on time and as planned - nice professional man (he did my wasp removal last summer). The problem was the return visit which the company was supposed to schedule with me within l4 days. About l0 days later a man showed up at my door without calling and said he was there for the follow up visit. He initially made me uncomfortable and I told him no one scheduled the visit with me ahead of time and it was not a good day. He in turn got his manager on the phone and the manager talked me into to letting him provide the follow up service. The situation: I picked my car up at l0:30 am that morning from the car DETAILER. Walked around the car with the detailer to check for anything he might have missed. Drove my car straight home parked in laterally in front of my garage. 30 minutes after parking my car this gentlemen showed up at my house - initially was not parked anywhere near my car. I had thought the guy from this company has completed everything as I had signed off on his work l0 minutes prior. I then looked out the window and turned to another person in my house and said who is that in the back of my car? And what is he doing? I was surprised to see him in the general area of my car and my garage as he was not parked there prior and there was only four to five feet in front so no one would go near it (it looked beautiful) I in turn shut my garage door as I was uncomfortable with this man in the first place. Fifteen minutes later I went to get into my car to leave and I notice a dent in the back door of my car in the middle of my rear door. I was livid. Called the manager "Dale" who I initially spoke to and had said he was going to call me back and never did. I then called the police. The police called the guy back (after speaking with Dale) this was at the minimum two hours later - There were no marks on his car and the police office said it was my word against his --- He thought the possibility of the occurrence by way the dent was that he clipped the back of my door with his plastic mirror side view mirror which would not have left a mark. And it was the approximate height to where the dent was. He said it was my word against his and there was nothing that could be done. And to Dale - I can assure you this probably isn't the first problem you have had with this employee and probably won't be your last. Its your liability for the future. He was the only one near the back of my car (and another person in my house as well saw him) -

They were on time. Everything went great!

The job entailed 2 visits, one to set the traps, the second to remove the traps and fill in the places where the mice were entering. Both times, they were on time and ready to go. However, on the second visit, he ran out of the foam to fill the mouse entries and parts of where he sprayed the foam were uneven and are now breaking off. However, the mice are gone and would use them again.

Very responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did a termite inspection for the sale of my home. I will be using again in the future!

All the technicians were knowledgeable and took care to explain what they were doing. They answered all questions completely. The third visit came during a big snow storm, but the technician tromped through all the snow to make the appropriate checks. If it became necessary (although, I hope it isn't) I would definitely use them again.

The technician,Keith, arrived at 11am, the scheduled time. He inspected the kitchen and then went to work. He treated the counter areas,the floor and the pantry. He then went outside and treated the perimeter around the house. He was courteous and professional. I will definitely use Chem Wise again. I saw one live ant on Wednesday,the day after the treatment.I haven't seen any since then.

He was really nice and explained exactly what he was going to do. He was neat, respectful of my home and I felt comfortable having him here. We were lucky in we didn't find evidence of an infestation, but he still went around and foam sealed any cracks and potential points of entry.

It was good. We had them for like a year. They would come out whenever we needed them. Their regular time when they were supposed to come out was twice a year, I think. They came out for free. All was included in that amount that paid. I think we ended up paying more than the Big Deal amount. They’re due to come again but I want them to come inside the house so I have to make an appointment for them. The pricing was good.

They did a fine job and I had no problems. The technicians were courteous, on time and professional. I would consider using them again.

The insects were gone after the work was done. I would use this company again.

Everything was fine. The price was good. I haven't had them out for a second visit yet.
