Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management

The quality is good but the professionalism and service was excellent. We unfortunately have a neighboring property that has lots of bushes that attract mosquitoes so we aren't sure if our mosquito problems lies with that or if the spray isn't working very well. the guy that comes out to spray is amazing and truly wants to please and do a great job. if it wasn't for him I'm not sure we would stick with it, but he makes us feel comfortable that if we aren't satisfied he will come back out and spray.

I don’t recall there being any problems with scheduling and they arrived right on time. There was a wasp nest out by the front porch and they got rid of it and took care of the problem. We would hire them again if needed.

Bought the deal for bee and wasp proofing (2nd time). They eliminated some nests last summer and we repeated the process this year. They haven't returned since the initial proofing and seems that they will stay away with this yearly treatment.

It went great -- I have not seen any wasps or bees since the spraying.

The young man was on-time, very professional....very informed....and provided a solution to every issue and explained step-by-step what he was doing and how it worked...Very impressed.....Used one of the coupon/deals available on Angie's List and would definitely have them again....

We purchased a short sale in July 2013. The wasps around the house were terrible. We purchased a Big Deal late July or early August. It was easy to schedule the service. We did not have to be home during the treatment. While we still encountered a wasp here or there (they can't keep them from flying into the yard after all), the issues around the house were much better. Our new neighbor also reported that he saw the technician treating the house and that he was was meticulous. We were very happy with the service and will use them again this year, if necessary.

My home was treated in June, then we had a bee problem in August, located right outside our front door. Eco Friendly responded the same day as my call, with a technician to treat the area where the bees had made their new home. One treatment was all it took, no more bees. Very impressive service.

They arrived on time, did everything required and we have no more ants!

So, it took a while but the mouse nation that moved in this past winter is gone. Sooooo many mice. Thank you Chem Wise people.

Extremely well! Both the receptionist who took my call, and the technician, were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

Used these guys last year for the first time and they got rid of many wasps nests and a colony of bees under my siding. This year was more of a preventative action and I expect good results based on what they did last year.

When I couldn't use the Big Deal on one of the other extermination companies, I contacted Angie's List and told them that the other company wouldn't honor their Big Deal due to our location, so they so kindly recommended four other companies. After researching the four companies, I called Chem Wise in Rolling Meadows. I spoke with Amber, who answered the phone right away. I bring this up, as the other company with the Big Deal didn't return my calls. Amber explained the process and discussed that the spray was biologically specific for insects and wouldn't harm mammals. That was important to us, as we have a small dog and much wildlife. Amber scheduled our treatment, which was done two days from our phone call to Chem Wise. Brandon, the technician who came out to spray was punctual and professional. It took very little time to spray and remove the cobwebs on our house. We will be asking Chem Wise to come out again for our maintenance preventative treatments.

They came in and removed the hornet nests and took care of the large number of cicada killers. The service went very well and they had to come out a second time to handle the issue. They did this quickly and professioanlly. Kudos!

They did a great job with the inspection. They set bait on the initial visit and came back a week later to check them. The technician was very cordial and answered all the questions I had.

Dale and the tech were professional, courteous, and on time. Dale assured me that I did not have the powder post beetles, for which I was very relieved. I will be using their service again. Price very reasonable. An added bonus-there was no pressure to sign on for additional services.

Process was great. from start to finish this was a great company. The customer arrive on the phones was super nice. They asked detailed questions and have me a full detail of their process and equipment. And then the tech that did the work was excellent. He provided us details of his work along with showing us some potential problem spots and what to watch out for. He was on time and did the job to a very high standard.

It started out kind of slow, but they did manage to catch some rats finally. It took about 5 weeks for these results. I think they could have been a little more aggressive at first. The price was a little expensive.

Technician showed up at the appointment time, explained what he was going to do and the costs involved. He then inspected, sprayed and explained what we should do to prevent the infestation again. He told us about their warranty and extended service but was not pushy about selling them. He was very respectful of the house and property; did the work required in a quick and professional manner. We have not seen an carpenter ant since his visit. I would not hesitate about using them again.

They found a carpenter bee nest in our fence and came out twice to solve the problem. We have not had any issues since the second visit.

They came on time. What i paid is what i got back.
