Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management

They were awesome. They're very professional and punctual. I work all day. I think when they came out, they came at 7 am Saturday so I could get them in. They were very accommodating and very professional.

I had a bees nest in my wall. It was quite large and needed 2 treatments, but they happily returned and I haven't see a bee since. i was very pleased and would surely hire them again.

I would definitely use Chem Wise again for this product. We live backing to open land and have had major wasp problems in the past. Since this was performed we have not seen a single wasp around or in our house. It is very comforting to find a company that's product works.

I wan't home when he did the job... (It was all outside) but so far, we don't have bees or wasps bothering us in the back yard anymore..

I received an email through Angies list the day I bought the deal. Very Prompt! I received a call the next day to schedule.....Very courteous and friendly set appointment for the following week. They came on time and sprayed the eves of the house to prevent any nesting of WASP in the future. Also sprayed the eves of my Gazebo , which they did not have to do and knocked down old nests for me. Again very friendly and polite and explained everything to me. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

This was our first experience with a pest control service so I wasn't sure what to expect. Everyone I dealt with at Chem-Wise was very helpful, friendly and professional. Our technician, Steve, arrived early to set-up his equipment. He came to the door, introduced himself and asked us what we had been seeing and where. After scoping the area he began to work inside and out. I had also opted for the Angie's List bee and wasp proofing deal. I'm so glad I did! Steve located and eliminated an active bald-faced hornet nest above our front porch. Nasty looking things. To think, I was planning on waiting until the fall to treat for wasps. Very pleased and looking forward to our next visit in the fall!!

It went very well. They were a pretty good company. Their products work and the people that they have working for them are really nice and very helpful.

They've been awesome. They were very professional. They've been out a couple of times because it was actually based on paying the price and they guarantee no rodents but we did see some and we called them. They were out within a day or two. Ever since then, they've been slowly getting rid of the pests so they did what they said they would. We are pretty pleased and we'll be going back to them. They are very proactive but you need to call them if you see certain things. It was very good.

They came on time and were very professional and creative in getting the chemicals up to the rooftop as the canisters are usually large and heavy. I would definitely use them again and plan on it next year as there have been no bees or wasps since they sprayed the area.

There was no extra charge. It was fine and I had no problems.

It went fine. The man just came and put some traps in different places so there was no clean up needed any thing. they seem to know what they were doing.

Went very well. This is my 3rd year to use this company for this service. I have been very happy with their service . I have purchased this as an Angie's deal each year. If it is offered I will purchse again next year.

From initial phone call to actual appointment, everything went really well! Micheal was great and explained everything he was doing and why. My favorite part was that after he explained what he was doing and why, he left a sheet so that when we forgot all of that great information he gave us, we had a cheat sheet explaining what would be happening in the next few weeks! The service included an perimeter treatment as well. My only comment on that was when I made the appointment, I would have liked a heads up that they recommend the plants, bushes be 12" from the house...I would have trimmed it up, but that is just me. As far as the price goes, I marked a "B" because I am not familiar with how much a similar service would cost from another company as I did not really research prices for the same service.

Called to schedule an appointment with no problems. The lady that answered when I called answered all our questions and scheduled an appointment for the following week. We were not home when the technician came over however they left a form with the details of the service. Will definitely use in the future.

Our problem was having an occasional wasp appear in the basement and/or get up to our first floor. The worker said spraying under the roof as he did would not necessarily solve that problem. However, so far, we've had no further wasp appearances inside.

Chem-wise was on time and extremely professional. The guy (can't remember his name) explained everything very thorough. Not only was he knowledgeable he took the time to explain everything in terms that both my wife and I understood. Unfortnately, the deal for the house did not happen. We are currently scheduling another service call with chem-wise for another house we are currently trying to buy. We appreciate the professionalism and service chem-wise provided.

Overall great. We have cedar siding and cedar roof that bees and wasps love to nest in. Chem-Wise was easy to schedule with, showed up promptly, technician was very professional and efficient. Haven't seen any insect activity in wasp nests that were forming since they came. Would happily call them again.

Chem-Wise was great. From the first phone call to the actual service performed, everyone was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and did a great job taking the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. Their prices are competitive, and they are flexible - I enquired about several services over the phone, and Chem-Wise proposed having the technician take a look during his visit and we could decide whether or not to proceed based on his evaluation. It was no pressure, knowledgeable service, and I was extremely pleased. Equally important: the bugs are gone! Chem-Wise effectively addressed the bees, wasps, and carpenter ants that were driving me batty. I will continue to use Chem-Wise for future bug control, and I will unhesitatingly recommend them to my friends and family.

The guy arrived on time was polite, asked questions, was neat and so far no bugs.

I originally contacted Chem Wise to ask whether or not they would be able to provide relief from river moths that infest our neighborhood, located along the Fox River. The service manager, Dale, emailed me back immediately to put my mind at ease and clarify all the pests that their service could provide. Upon setting up my appointment, Dale reiterated all the costs with specifics so no information would be left out. We requested the summer pest control spray along with wasp protection which was extra. I like this because I know exactly what I am getting and can make a good decision about it. I had to reschedule my appointment and they were very accommodating, which I appreciate. Ryan showed up with a big smile and a bit earlier than our appointment but was sure to call and make certain it would be okay with me. Ryan walked and talked me through what he would do and made sure that I was okay with it all. When we were set, he immediately went to his truck and begin spraying the outside of our home. He was careful with the patio furniture and was sure to take care of the plants in our gardens. When he was completed, he made sure I approved and we handled the monetary portion. Ryan also was sure to tell me more about his company after I asked. He was professional, enthusiastic, polite, and friendly. He was a pleasure to work with and I feel confident that this is a company I want to work with in the future.

We were very pleased with how knowledgeable the representative was and how effective the spray was. We haven't seen any carpenter bees and it has been over three weeks. I logged into Angie's List because I want to have them do more spraying for us - this time for skeeters!

Very prompt and professional. I used them before to bees and wasp treatment, and this time for ants. Very clean, ecological, and took care of the ants.
