It went very well and we haven't had any trouble with bees or wasps this summer.

The first application they used on the wasps nest was a powder, used to prevent damage to interior drywall. It did not completely work, so I contacted company. Within a day, the same respectful and professional technician came, and promptly finished off the wasps nest. I was impressed by the technician's attention to detail and desire to leave site clean. After applying the preventative spray, he even cleaned the windows that were unavoidably hit.

My initial contact with the company representative was very pleasant and the service was provided on the scheduled date within the agreed time frame. The service call went well and I was very impressed with the service man. (Unfortunately, I have forgotten his name.) However, he was very thorough in explaining to me what the problem was, exactly where and how he was going to apply the solution and what to expect afterwards. He had an extremely professional demeanor and was very patient in answering all my questions. I would definitely use them again and refer to others!

The wasp/hornet issue seemed to be resolved after we had to have the provider come out for a 2nd time. The ant service was a complete waste of money as it did nothing and our problem is still the same. We now have to pay again to have a true professional company come out.

we thought we had a bee problem but actually a window with no screen was slightly opened. He looked inside the house and sprayed the outside.

They did an excellent job. On time and efficient. No Bees in sight after 30 days.

When I first called the office (the 630 area code number) I told them that we had bees flying in and out of a small hole where our brick wall and front porch meet. I thought they were honey bees. She said they could do a free inspection the next day (who does that anymore!). She said if they were honey bees they recommended having them removed without killing them and she gave me the name of someone to call. I was glad she said that. As the number of honey bees are inexplicably decreasing, it's the right thing to do. I asked if they could come out and do the inspection anyway as I wasn't positive they were honey bees. Steve came out today for the inspection. He indicated that they were bumble bees. He confirmed that they are very docile and they do not make honey so there was no attraction for ants or other pests to invade the area. They do pretty much ignore us and have never come at us even though the access to their nest is close to our front door. Steve said the bees would leave the nest when it gets cold outside so we decided to let them live in peace and seal the area before next year. Steve was great. My mom is almost 85 (it's her house) and he also treated her with the respect she deserves. I don't always see that. I would recommend them for their professionalism and knowledge, but also because they're good corporate citizens. Also, I had to call the office three times and each time I spoke with another person. All were very professional and knowledgeable.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. We had them come out a little bit later. I called them and they said they would put me on the list. I did not hear anything so I called back again. Once I finally got in contact with them everything worked out. We set a date, the fellow came in and he did what we requested plus some additional things. We needed to have some wasps taken care of and we also had some ants so he did all of that. There was additional cost for the ants. I was not terribly impressed with initially trying to get in touch with them and set a date. I was concerned at first that this was not going through properly. It turns out that they had not communicated well internally. But it worked out and the fellow came out exactly when he said he would.

Chem-Wise did an excellent job, the bees are gone and no mice. They were very helpful, punctual, great follow-up and courteous!

The representative was very responsive when I contacted them, returning my call on a Saturday. They scheduled the work for the following week, right before the July 4 holiday, even though I was anticipating that they would not be able to schedule the treatment that quickly. Thus far the treatment seems to be working very well, so I am satisfied with the outcome.

I purchased a $95 deal to spray the house with an environmentally friendly treatment to keep bees and wasps away. Their employee arrived on 6/3/14 and I believe he was there for about an hour or so. It's now 7/20/14 and I have not seen a bee or wasp around the house. They used to be such a big problem that I did not enjoy being out on the deck or patio. This year, I am enjoying the outdoors. Best $95 I've spent in a long time. I'd do it again next year. The company also guarantees that if I do see any bees or wasps within the year, they will come out and treat again.

Company personnel were friendly and polite, but the service was not what I expected or wanted. Before ordering the service, I suggest making a detailed list of exactly what you want/expect versus what the service is providing to have a clear understanding of whether or not those lists match. I live in a forested area with an unfinished, fairly empty basement. I expected the company to pull the small pieces of insulation (about 12 inches x 12 inches between the studs /above the concrete walls) to inspect for rodent access points. It should only take about 15 seconds to pull the small bit of insulation, inspect, and put it back. They did not do that. This service only inspects and caulks along access points (e.g., hose, electrical, phone, furnace lines, etc.) to the outside. Beyond the main basement, I knew there were entry points between joists in the concreted crawl space area under the sunroom even though there were no "access points" to the outside. Although reluctant, a worker eventually did pull the insulation in the crawl space and found a good size rodent hole to the outside, which he fixed. Why isn't this basic inspection included in rodent exclusion? The service included spider prevention. The Angie's List recommended radon mitigation crew (at my house today) told me they found a lot of dead spiders on the floor, but also a lot of live spiders, too.

They were good to work with. They did the job and the service has taken care of the wasps. I felt the price was a little high for what they did.

I can't say enough regarding the work done at my house. Technician was very professional but friendly and did a great job explaining the process he would be using. I will definitely use services again. Also price was very very reasonable.

They put down traps for the mice and sprayed for spiders. After inspecting the crawl space, garage and the outside of the house they sealed any holes they found. They explained everything that they were doing along the way.

Initial call back very prompt & service scheduled very quickly. The 2 men that arrived to do the job were very punctual, polite, & knowledgable. Haven't had a problem with either pest since, and work is guaranteed for another few months. Also appreciated that they didn't try to push for a long-term contract. One time service was fine and well-priced.

This company is fantastic! The gentleman showed up on time and was very professional. We had a ton of beehives all over the exterior of our home. He removed them all, sprayed, and even put on the big bee suit to take care of a wasp's nest. He said their work is guaranteed, so if we see another beehive, he'll come back out again at no charge. I whole-heartedly recommend this service!
