Service technician was very professional. Didn't go into attic as bees were active. Went well.

At first was told it would be several days for them to be able to come out. I explained to them that the yellow jackets were in the house and I had a medical problem and asked if they could come out sooner. They were wonderful in making it out to our house sooner and the service has taken care of a lot of the problems.

Purchased Angie's List coupon for $95 about the cost of 10 cans of wasp spray. The office called me shortly after my online purchase and we were able to schedule immediately on a day convenient to me. I informed them of an investation/ wasp nest that was problematic and they said no worries. The technician was a little late but had called ahead of time to say the previous job went a little longer than anticipated. He arrived and we walked the property and I showed him the trouble spots. He got to work, worked very efficiently and when finished we walked the property again and he showed me what he accomplished. He told me what to expect and informed me his work is guaranteed through the end of the year. If the wasps/ bees returned before the end of the year, I am to call the office and they will come out and remediate. For the cost of bug spray, the fact that I did not have to stand there and attempt to remediate the problem myself--Wow. The peace of mind with pets and kids running around; everyone should have this service done. I am pleased and I will call them in the future if the dreaded pests return!!

Although we haven't yet had the follow-up visit, we noticed an immediate reduction in the number of ants. Since this post, we have had a couple of follow-up visits - and we purchased the year round maintenance plan. The technician is very thorough and helpful. So far, we love Chemwise!

Chem-wise was fantastic to work with. They came in on time and completed the job. We ran into an issue about two months later and they quickly resolved it -- within 2 days they were back to take care of it for us free of charge. I love them and will be working with them again!

It was good. They came out and did the job in a timely manner. We saw a reduction in the pests and bees. Overall, I was happy.

The dogs and I were trying to get out the backyard when we bumped into the garbage can we use for landscape waste. Wasps immediately swarmed and I was stung a couple of times. I react badly to insect bites and the swarm blocked the entrance to the garage. In a panic, I saw the coupon and high rating for Chem-Wise and called them for an estimate. The person answering the phone was SO helpful. She explained what the fees were to exterminate the wasp nest versus the service covered in the Angie's List coupon. It turns out the coupon was the more economical option. She stayed on the phone while I purchased the coupon and contacted the Chem-Wise branch closest to my house to schedule the appointment. The branch called a couple of hours later and the appointment was scheduled for noon the next day with Jake. The next day was raining, but Jake showed up on time. He picked up the items I panic dropped on the wasp nest, treated the wasp nest and moved the garbage can to the alley. He also treated the corner of the garage where the wasps were active. The wasps did not return. I am very grateful for their professionalism and expediency.

Fine, but a second visit was needed to get rid of the bees and mice.

Bought the DEAL for for Eco-Friendly Bee and Wasp Proofing. Used a ladder to remove wasp nest on eve and dust spayed hornets nest in tree. Sprayed under all the eaves and around all the windows. He was efficient and polite. Then returned a week latter to remove remnants of hornets nest.

It went very well he sprayed all the areas that we asked him to & also pointed out to us where the old wasp nests had been we found him very professional & helpful.

Normally we leave animals alone on our property, but these wasps had previously stung our horses, so they had to go. I was concerned with having any chemical applied to our pasture, but they assured me that it was safe, especially given the amount used in relation to the size of the horses. After the application, we noticed immediate results as the wasps fell to the ground after leaving the nest. It has now been 4 days, and we will remove the nest today. That service was available too, but we have chosen to do it ourselves. We definitely will call upon Chen Wise in the future if needed.

I was contacted almost immediately after sending the email by Kevin. Kevin was very professional, prompt and set the right expectations for the visit including the name of the person that would be at my home. At the scheduled time, as expected Mitch arrived. Mitch was friendly, professional and took his time to listen to my concerns with yellow jackets. I have kids & animals in the yard a lot. Mitch was thorough in treating the home on the eves, etc. Mitch took time to confirm that the nest wasn't in my yard, but right next door at my neighbors. He took the time to explain to my neighbor what would need to happen as well. I recommended that she call and she did. Mitch came back out that Saturday & eliminated the nest and also provided the prevention treatment too. I had also recommended another friend (Roy F) who Mitch took care of his yellow jacket nest that day too. Roy thanked me for recommending Chem-Wise and let me know he is bee-free too. There are some things in life that just make sense to leave to the professionals... yellow jackets are one of them. Service went very well. Hornets are gone with no return. Since I wasn't home when the service was performed, I had no way of supervising the process. Chem-wise called me when the service was completed, which I appreciated very much. He explained what had been done. When I arrived home, I found the hornets gone, and everything as described.

They were very thorough, on time and very conscientious of me, and they left instructions if had any further problems. They discussed with me the warranty and how long they spray would last. They made me feel very comfortable that i would be able to call them back out if I had any problems.

Sprayed inside the first time here. After that, sprayed perimeter of property. At long last, the silverfish seem under control.

Great so far....as long as these creatures stay away! I gave them a "B" on quality because, at this time, I do not know if their treatments will eliminate these insects.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal with Chem-Wise. They were very fast in replying to me for scheduling (using the Angie's List app message feature which was easy for me to do while I was at work), found a day that worked for my and their schedules, and were able to have someone come out first thing in the morning so I would be able to leave on time for an appointment mid-day. They also were able to let me know at the time of scheduling the name of who be coming to the house. Earnest did the work, called ahead to let me know when he'd be arriving, and was punctual and professional. He did a thorough job and I'm one of those homeowners that likes to learn from people working on the house. He didn't mind my questions and showed his knowledge by answering all of them.

Chem-Wise was onsite within 24 hours and the person we worked with was very nice. It is now two days later and no bees in the area. Like that they have a 30 day guarantee. Very prompt and punctual for the appointment and did the work at a fair price.

Whatever they used did not prevent the yellow jackets from continuing to come. They sprayed the exterior garage door and then next day I could still see the bees getting into the garage through a small gap in the weather stripping. The company was never able to stop the bees from entering the garage. Thank God we had a extremely cold winter as that seems to have resolved the issue. The company did come out on 3 occassions to try and resolve the issue but only due to colder temperatures did the bees stop appearing.

Early one morning we heard chewing sounds coming from the attic. I searched Angie's List for pest control providers and called Chem-Wise. Even though I was a new customer, a technician arrived by midday to check out our concern. He managed to crawl into the hot attic and found no signs of rodents. He did discover a roof vent with a connecting hose not connected to anything. He suggested the rodent chewing sounds came from rooftop near the vent and telegraphed through the piping. He then checked the roof vent from the outside to be sure it was screened. It was good to know we didn't have a problem, and there was no charge for his service. We will definitely call Chem-Wise again if we have a problem. Prompt, knowledgeable, thorough.

They showed up on time and did as advertised. No problems. The service provider was very nice.

arrived on time, identified himself, proceeded to apply treatment aroubd entire house and all levels, let me know he was done and to allow spray to dry....very efficient...

It was fine and they sprayed everything. We have not had a lot of wasps or hornets around the house and it has seemed to keep them away. They also called me to follow up. They got the job done in about 45 minutes and the technician was fine.
