Chem-Wide rep was very professional and timely. They did exactly as described and did it in a professional manner. Kevin was great to work with and certainly knew what he was talking about. I highly recommend this service and company.

It went okay. Didn't seem to be an expert in the area. Could only fill the holes that could be seen. Mice were back next season.

We had a bees nest outside our back sliding door. When he was completed nothing was going in or out. They did a good Job.

Showed up on time and placed traps. Traps were placed out of the way and difficult to see, which was nice. Traps were effective and they had very good follow up.

We had an existing wasp nest under a bay window roof. I contacted the provider prior to purchasing to see if this service would work for existing nests and was told it was. We marked where the nest was with some painter's tape so the person coming out could apply extra treatment there. The wasps went away within a week as promised.

Saw all the reviews on Angie's List and chose to use Chem-Wise. They were quick to get us an appointment and once appointment took place, Bill took time to answer all questions. We inspected home all around inside and outside and pointed out any potential entry points. Bill did such a great job we opted in for the annual program. Just had the follow up inspection today and once again was patient as we went around the house and checked stations. I can't say how great Bill is and how much I would recommend Chem-Wise.

These folks stand behind their work! While their treatment worked well around my home, I had a retaining wall that was badly infested with yellow jackets. They would treat this area and the yellow jackets would come back. Well Chem-Wise came back a few times, free of charge to keep treating the area until the job was done. I will most certainly be using these guys in the future.

Chem-wise came out and treated the area where the bees were concentrated and it made a big difference. There was a space between the building and and the porch overhang where the bees had their beehive. Then it seems they found a way into the house. I called chem-wise back and they came out again (no charge) and treated where the bees were coming into the house. The technician was very friendly and professional.

Told me what to expect when talked with office on phone. Came promptly, on time, and problem solved as they described without recurrence - albeit they said they would be back if the treatment was not effective. I did not need to be at home.

Steve came the first time and set out the mice traps. He was prompt, friendly and professional. He came back a few weeks later to see if there was any activity so he could close any areas where mice might be getting in to our house. After checking the traps, he let me know that there hadn't been any activity and we wouldn't need further treatment. I liked the fact that he was honest about our situation and didn't try to 'sell' us service that we didn't need. He was also a very nice guy!

The technician applied preventative liquid treatment to the outside of home where wasps typically nest (have stone/brick exterior which attracts nesting) as well as treated a nest forming between the garage door and top frame with a specific powder. This application took care of the nest activity within one day. Excellent service and courteous technician.

Very good, they will need to come back a second time. We didn't know they had come and treated and still had wasps. They came back and now the wasps are gone. They should leave a note so we know they came and provided the service.

Staff was very friendly and courteous describing the services they offered and packages available. They took my account information and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Technician arrived on time. We discussed the situation and a plan to take of our spider issue as well as look at some mouse activity in the attic. With small children at home we were concerned about spraying anything in the house. The Technician agreed and treated outside the house only. If we continue to have issues he will come back free of charge under the Triannual plan we chose. The Technician left a series of mouse bait stations in the attic and basement that he will come back and check in a couple weeks for any activity, then assess the required next steps. The pricing seemed reasonable based on some research. They offered a $25 Angie's List coupon off the initial service. Under the tri-annual package we chose, subsequent visits are $79 each ongoing. Service can be canceled at any time.

They were very professional, sent someone out within a couple of days, and the bees were gone from our home just as they predicted. they even offered to come back out for free up until the end of the year if the problem recurred. I am very happy with they way they conducted themselves and their services were as they promised. I would highly recommend them - they do business the right way.

Jim is very good, explained everything, & would come back on short notice when needed. He got the job done quickly & we are now on the maintenance program & quite happy.

Awesome. No issues, came back 5x to make sure all traps were free of activity. Sealed off entry points and even disposed of a dead mouse. Easily the best $100 spent!. Great job guys on communication and customer service!

He also shared information about the various insects we have had to deal with this past year and their occurrence due to the temperature/weather changes. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

They were good. They were efficient. They were informative and spent all the time talking to us about the issues. They took care of the problem. They were timely. They took care of what they needed to do.

I took advantage of the $95 special. The serviceman was excellent. He removed a beehive from a sofit area. This is not my first experience with the company, and I find all of their workers to be very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional.
