It went well. He was careful of my things, explained what he was doing and why.

The technician came back and opened up all the food traps. It seems the mice did not come in yet. All the food traps were untouched. Technician went outside and sealed any potential openings that mice could come into the house. Used expanded foam and steel wool. Technician will come back in two weeks to check food traps again. I liked this idea. Last company I used, set sticky traps for mice and never came back to check on them.

After the initial placement of bait traps, the first progress check revealed that the bait was eaten in two of the stations. Rico inspected the outside perimeter of the house and garage and found 3 entry points or holes along the foundation. He filled the 3 holes with steel wool. He also noticed that the seal on our garage door is worn and should be replaced. Prompt, courteous and professional interactions by the technicians and scheduling staff.

It was very up in the air as to where the mice were coming in, but he had a suggestion as to where he thought it may be, and he plugged it up for me. He was very nice and I felt that he was thorough and did provide a solution.

I would use this company again in the future. After getting stung repeatedly near my outside water spigot, I called and they came out right away and addressed the issue - bees/wasps nesting in two areas near the front porch. The treatment was effective immediately and we could enjoy what remained of the fall season on our covered front porch. I wish I had called them sooner! Thank you for the excellent and fast service. Jim and the office staff of Chem Wise are wonderful. Anytime we have any issues with pests (mosquitos in the summer, ants in the spring, mice in the winter) Jim comes out right away to take care of the pests. We are on their yearly program, so all the follow up visits to refill mice traps or respray for bugs are covered. Jim has come out 4 times since October to check our mouse traps, andseal our garage and exterior of our home from cracks where mice could enter. Jim is always on time, cheerful and kind, professional, and hard working. The women in the office are great, too.

I used them last year but the technician did not check was well as this person. He tracked down the hole from the outside of the house and crawled under some scrubs and sealed off the leak.. I have had no more mice problems since that time. I guess it depends on the knowledge of the technician. This time it worked perfectly!

The provider worked quickly and effectively to remove mice from our home. The work was effective. They also fixed entry points for the home to ensure no more infestations.

The service went very well. The representative was professional and did a good job rodent proofing our home. After the service the couple of mice we saw were no longer living with us.

Seemed to work pretty well at the moment to kill the existing wasps! We won't know until next summer how well it prevented new eggs from being buried.

e We kept seeing wasps in our living room and finally narrowed it down that they were getting in through the chimney of our 2 story home. We called Chem-wise and a technician came out the following day. He sprayed the fireplace/chimney in the living room and then went up on the roof and sprayed the chimney. The wasp proofing was guaranteed through the end of the year but we did not need to call them back. Wasps were gone.

This is the nicest company that I've done business with in a long time. The people who answered the phone seemed really happy to answer all of my questions, and this is before I even purchased the service through Angie's list. They were able to schedule me in right away, and called me when a technician got into a car accident on the way to my house to let me know right away, and immediately reschedule my appointment. I had 2 different technicians, and both went out of their way to be helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this company - just an absolute pleasure to work with.

Both technicians were punctual and professional. I have an extreme phobia of mice and they were considerate and attentive to my needs and concerns. Fantastic!

Great! The young man who did the work was pleasant and polite, answered all my questions, and worked efficiently. I can say exactly the same about the phone scheduler who set up the appointment. I was completely satisfied to have such a nasty problem resolved so easily, completely, and a a very reasonable price. It was great to know the chemicals used are not harmful to the environment, people, birds, or pets.

It was great. They were efficient and on schedule. At first I was disappointed with the service call with the tech but the manager dealt with it.
