Good much faster then expected. Did not go over what they were going to do and were supposed to stop in to talk about bees getting in house. Just sprayed, but the spray did seem to prevent the bees from being to bad this year.

Both times services were quick, reliable and extremely professional. They have a 90 day respray for free policy - very accomodating.

Arrived at the time they quoted and got right to work. The nest came down in a very short period of time and cleaned up the area.

Communication was extremely difficult. It was hard to connect with the provider and they seemed to have their own problems communicating with each other. These communication issues resulting in the contractor aerating my lawn twice in one week, tearing up my lawn. The first time the work was done, I was pleased. I had a few stressed areas in the lawn that held up nicely. A couple days later, someone else from the company showed up to do the aeration. Thankfully, they realized it was done and left. They sent me an email letting me know of the mixup. A few days after that I received an email that my aeration had been rescheduled. I immediately responding to the email telling them the work had been done, but received no response. Just a few days later, another tech showed up and aerated the lawn again. Perhaps just because they were aerating on top of a recently aerated lawn, or perhaps the person was just more aggressive with the machine, but the stressed areas of my lawn now look like dirt patches. I was debating using these guys again in the spring, but have not intention of that now.

not good. I scheduled an appointment and on the day of the appt, the aerator broke down and I was told by the tech that I would get a call to reschedule. I heard nothing. I called the office to reschedule and the tech came back out and did the front portion of the yard, but could not get through my gate into the back yard and that I would get a call to reschedule. I heard nothing. I called the office to reschedule and they did not show up and did not call to tell me. I called the office again and was told it was too hot and dry, setup another appointment. The tech came and aerated my back yard, but I could not see that any seeding was done. I called the office and spoke to rep who took my information so she could speak to the tech and get back to me as to whether it was done. She also put me through to the manager to whom I left a message asking that I be called immediately. I heard nothing. 3 days later I call the office to inform them that I had not heard from anyone. She apologized and told me that someone would be getting in touch with me soon. I finally got a call the next day that supposedly the tech had done it, but they would come back out and overseed again to be certain.

Excellent service. Followed up on correct intervals and got rid of the mice.

They are local, their prices are reasonable and they just do good work.

I think (their price) is pretty fair. The technician arrived on time, he was thorough, explained everything that he was going to do, and did the job. We haven't had any issues with bees bothering us or flying around the house afterwards. We have been very satisfied with the work. They offer a 90 day warranty just in case something comes up -- which we didn't need to use, but it is nice to have in case they need to fix anything. The price was reasonable and the technician was very friendly as well.

Scheduling was a breeze! We didn’t need to be at the house for service which was great. Payment was easy through their portal.

They contacted us immediately and scheduled a date. They did not show up (weather issues) so I contacted them and they quickly rescheduled. They came when scheduled but did not do back yard. I contacted them and they came back to finish back yard with a different machine. First machine too big to get to back yard. Job done well.

Chuck performed the work and was awesome! Super professional, courteous, and worked his tail off.

They offered me a discounted rate for the services I really wanted done which was to wasp-proof the interior of the house. They were professional and punctual and did a good job.

It went well, I have since hired them to do their tri-annual service. Currently have Tyler servicing our area and he is great to work with. Always courteous and makes sure I am comfortable with work inspections and spraying.

Very well - A very attentive neighbor was watching and thought they were so thorough she asked them to give her a quote as well! They also left a lot of follow up information on how to take care of the yard afterwards. I will consider hiring them for next year for even more services!

Within two visits the problem was resolved but Chem-Wise came back for a third visit to make sure. The technician sealed all of the entry points he found and we have not had a problem since. We were very pleased with the results and the additional follow up.

We've hired them for pest control for over two years and have excellent response and service.

I haven't seen a mouse or any droppings since.

While we have had bugs and an occasional mouse, they found none, which is good and bad, I guess. They did have helpful suggestions on how to close potential areas of entry.
