They were very nice to honor the deal, and the technician was very friendly, however, I did run into an issue trying to get the follow up scheduled.

Everything was fine and they were very good. They came and took a look at everything. They worked with our schedule because we went on vacation. It was easy to get an appointment once we called. The price seemed fair. I purchased a deal. They were on time and very prompt.

The service went fine. They did exactly what the deal stated. The service seemed to help with the prevention. One technician came out and did a fine job. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

The service was wonderful. I did not see one bee all summer. I was really pleased with what he did and I will definitely continue to have them come out. I only paid the $95 Big Deal. The price was good, but it could have been a little cheaper, but I was pleased. The service definitely worked.

It worked out real well. I was a little confused, because they were supposed to come back and check. The tech said that the treatment washes off. The tech said that coming back was part of the deal. Nobody called me back and nobody came back. However, they were very accommodating in scheduling. I asked them not to do the wasp proofing on the house, but instead had them concentrate on my back deck; they were happy to make the change. Their treatment lasted for the season and I didn't need them back anyway.

Our old exterminator charged us $300 to treat the back of our house for yellow jackets, and their treatment only worked for a couple of weeks. Chem-Wise charged $95 for a treatment that lasted all summer. They were punctual and very professional. I will use them again for all of our pest control needs.

The service went well. They were responsive and came out the same month I purchased the deal. One technician came out and completed the job in a little over an hour. He was nice and friendly. The service kept the pests away and really helped out. I had no problem scheduling the deal and they made it very simple.

I didn't have an issue. About the product, they came out and contacted me about available days. They did it and it seem to have worked so, I guess I would say that everything went well. I would use them again in the future.

They were great, and I'm going to be using them to replace my current exterminators. So I'm going from being a one-time to being a full-time customer. They did good follow-up and came back a couple of times to follow through. We had a heavy infestation, and they followed through, to make sure the work was done. I was nothing but pleased with their efforts. They're very customer-focused. They're very professional.

I started using them 2-3 years ago and I have a contract with them. Any time I have a job, they come right away. They have been very responsible, reasonable and nice. I would give them an "A+". The sprayed the whole attic and I strongly recommend them. They have a good price compared to other companies.

They were very effective. They came as many times as it was required to resolve the issue. Considering they are an exterminator I hope I never have to use them again but if I go to another site, I certainly would do business with them again.

We were very satisfied with their service. It was very satisfactory. One person came out here twice. It was the same person each time. He was on time and very courteous. They're a very professional company and reliable.

I've been using Chem-Wise's tri-annual service since at least 2009. They are fantastic. We used to get an unbelievable amount of box elders and asian beetles outside our home, many of which would also enter our home. Prior to Chem-Wise the southeast side of our home literally looked like a scene out of a horror movie because of the number of box elders. Since we have been using Chem-Wise we no longer see anywhere near that same volume; we do still get some twice a year but Chem-Wise service takes care of the problem immediately. The fall service also takes care of spiders that otherwise would be coming into the home. During warm and heavy rain seasons we get the occasional earwigs coming into the home but one call to Chem-Wise and they do an additional treatment (no charge) that takes care of the problem. I've also asked them for an estimate to spray a small stable on my property because it was in need of painting but I couldn't paint it because of all the box elders. I tried spraying it myself with "high quality" stuff from the home improvement stores but it only seemed to annoy the bugs and then they would swarm me. Chem-Wise came out and offered to do it for free. I happened to be home one time when a service tech arrived - he was friendly, professional and educated me on the product and how it worked. Chem-Wise always calls a few days before a service tech comes out and when the service tech arrives s/he rings the door bell before starting the job, which is nice because I have two big dogs and it would be an issue if someone randomly entered my fenced-in yard the moment I happen to let them out. I highly recommend Chem-Wise.

The first time they came out the barely did anything, they did not get all the places I asked them to get. The wasps were still there. When I called them to come back they did but were annoyed about that. They did not remove the hives. The second time they came out they did do what I asked but I had to ask them.

They were amazing. They determined we had a hornets nest and took care of the problem. But they went beyond just removing the nest, the fully examined other trees, our roof and other areas and helped us deter more hornets returning. They were child-safe and came back multiple times to make sure all remnants of the nest/hornets were gone. I would highly recommend.

The service went fine. They were very responsive and easy to schedule with. I had a hornets nest on the side of the house that I needed taken care of. My only concern is that I had to pay extra for them to get rid of the nest and all they did was knock the nest down and leave it there. I was not home while they did the service so I had little interaction with the technician. He did not come back when he said he would to remove the nest but did come back a day late.

They were very polite and courteous. They were also willing to get up into the attic for me to check for mice which not many companies do. They also came out a few times at no extra charge.

We had a few wasps nest near our driveway. I saw a special on Angie's List along with excellent reviews so I gave them a call. They came out the next day. The service man was very polite and very thorough. After speaking with me, he looked around our yard and found additional nests, which he addressed. We did not have any issues after his visit.

They called and scheduled a visit and everything was done very professionally and very quickly!! I had NO wasp problems this year, unlike the previous years when I had not had any treatments done. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

The work was fine. The workers were fine and they left the area very clean. They were very prompt and even called me to tell me they would arrive earlier.

Great. Keith should be cloned. Very knowledgable. Provided a lot of information about the problem and sensible recommendations about prevention.
