I had visitors come and stayed for 4 days and they brought roached into my home. I called this service to get this taken care of. they came very professional and did what they had to do. In a week and a half, they were no longer around. I am very happy I contacted this company. I saw results quickly and I am happy they are all gone! They told me if I were to see even 1 more, to contact them right away and they will come to spray again at no charge. I like that because they stay behind their word and product. Not many companies do this. Thank so much!

The service worked out fine. We have not had any problems and I would recommend them to a family member or a neighbor. They came out promptly and did what they said they would do and at that point, they told me about their maintenance plan which I bought at that time. Now, I am just expecting that they will start doing that regularly.

They were prompt, professional and did a great job. I also appreciated that they did not keep trying to sell me "add ons" or other service. They were responsive to my concerns and it was an overall great experience.

It went very smoothly. We asked that the technician call when he was 15-20 minutes away so we can get the dogs situated, and he did both times. The company provided an hour window for arrival, and both times he arrived at the beginning of the appointment. One of our concerns is one of our dogs is too curious for his own good and eats everything (and I mean everything), so we didn't want poison or traps in the house. (We had those white plastic ant baits hidden around the house and he still got to one, ate it, and got sick.) The technician reassured us that it would take 3-4 bait treats for our dog to get sick. The bait treats aren't openly exposed--they are placed in black housing compartments that allow the mice to enter, eat, and leave (and presumably die outside). The technician allowed our dog to sniff the 'treat' and play around with the compartment. He couldn't open the compartment immediately, so we knew he was safe. The technician was at the house for no more than 20 minutes per visit. He was very professional and friendly. We cleaned the areas before the first visit and after the second visit. The company said if we find droppings after the second visit, to call them and they'll send the technician for a complimentary third visit. We haven't seen any droppings since the second visit. We are very happy with the service the company provided. They provide four seasonal treatments throughout the year, and we will likely use their services. They said they call before each treatment to confirm we want the service, and they will be outside treatments unless we have a specific problem inside the house (so we won't even have to be home to obtain these services). Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and the results!

It worked out fairly well. However I was unsatisfied on the determination where the pests were getting through. He gave me his idea where the pests were coming through -- under the stoop under the front door -- which I thought was wrong, because the foundation was still there and the same thing was happening at the back stoop. The professional came out 2 times and was at the at the home for a total of 3 hours. The company never followed up with me about my previous experience; they just called me for additional services.

Steve was terrific - actually, I had had him before for a carpenter bee problem and he did a great job on that, too - very punctual, professional and kind. And the person who does the scheduling at Chem-Wise is very accommodating. A couple of the entry points will require a handyman to dig up rotten wood and replace it, and I won't know until spring if those entry points are the main problem or not - the ground is too hard to do that work now. But Steve put steel wool in the entry places he could reach.

They did a nice job and showed up on time. The company sent the same person both times. The first time, he was at the home for 1/2 hr – 45 minutes and the second time he was there for 20 minutes.

We had a bad carpenter bee problem in the backyard. Our screened in porch had a lot of wood damage from the holes the bees created. No matter what we did, they kept coming back year after year and getting worse. After the company treated it, we had no bee problem all summer. We are so grateful. We can use our backyard again without getting swarmed by carpenter bees.

It is a good deal but I am allergic to bees. When they took the beehive off they got into the soffit. There was a little bit of the hive left so I was going to call in the spring in case we see them back. They were very helpful.

The service went well. One technician came out for the job. They did a very good job and were punctual. The service prevented the bees. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

We had to contact them a couple times to make sure they would come at the right time of year. They were responsive and did a nice job. We didn't have any major issues with wasps this year. Well worth the cost of the spray.

The service worked very well. There were no issues at all. There were no additional costs to the $139 Big Deal; it covered everything for us.

I gave an overall "C" rating because they did not do everything they were supposed to do and the services that were provided were too costly for the work that was done. I purchased an Angie's List special for mice and spider winter exclusion. They came and set preventative mouse bait traps (I've seen similar traps @ the big box stores), but nothing was done regarding spiders. When I questioned why nothing was being done about spider exclusion, the rep looked at me like I was crazy. They either need to rename the special or actually do something about spider exclusion too.

Very well, have not seen evidence of any mice in the home - even with the bitterly cold weather we are experiencing

It was great! They were very easy, and the wasp problems were taken care of.

The woman who made the appointment was great, as was the gentleman who came to my home. My new home's basement was mouse infested, and I actually killed all the mice with the help of another provider before hiring Chem-Wise, but when I saw the "Big Deal" I hired Chem-Wise because I wanted to be sure there were no possible entries that I missed. No more mice so far this winter and I haven't seen any spiders either.

They first assessed where the droppings were and possible entry points. Next they laid food boxes in those areas and other possible areas. They came back a week later to see what and where the food was eaten. They sealed up all the possible areas. Then they came back a week later to make sure non of the food was eaten and cleanup any dead rodents. Haven't spotted any rodents or droppings since.

They did a great job! They get the job done! Their pricing is a little bit less than another company so that helped us make our decision to go with Chemwise.

Great. A second technician came out about two week later and checked on all the traps. No mice were found in the traps and the traps were reset. Both techs seemed knowledgeable and were very professional. We had mice before but I think the techs covered the holes the mice used to get into the house.

Arrived on time, and worked steadily. Unfortunately the ants were more pervasive than I had thought, but that was not a problem. They just kept going. Very professional. I've been sweeping up dead ants today, so things are looking up! I also enjoyed the Angie's list price reduction, not just on this item, but on future work! Update: After three weeks I found a few more more ants. They came out a second time and retreated the area -- for free, and no questions asked. Great way to do business!!!
