Chem Wise arrived promptly at the time I was told. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. We used to have waterbugs, centipedes, and spiders in the house and now I rarely notice any bugs. The service provided really works.

We had a carpenter ant problem. The first time they sprayed, we saw a reduction in the number of ants for a bit (after the 1 week "surge"), but then they came back in droves. When I got home from work one day, there were 30 ants in my front entry way alone and more scattered throughout the house, and I panicked! The issue was worse than before. I called immediately and they sent someone that same day (excellent customer service). This worker stated that we had "concrete ants." I know that that is not the case as these were huge ants, not tiny ones, but what do I know? I'm not a professional. I asked about this later and they told me that I was correct. Anyway, again, we saw a reduction in ants after the second spraying, but the problem was not eradicated. Called them again. This time, they told me that they were sending their "most experienced" exterminator. Well, that did the trick! No more ants. With the follow up sprayings, we have been ant-free for over a month now!

They do a wonderful service. I do look for deals from this company due to the level of service they provide.

I am still having a problem with the ants......we have had problems for years. Called Chem-Wise back and they came back the next day. Tried something else AND resprayed. The man who came out could not have been nicer and I was not charged for the respray. Very impressed with the service and hopefully this last treatment will work!

This is the 3rd year that we've used their bee and wasp prevention service. First year when we moved into our house there were a couple of nests/hives near the roof. They eliminated them and since we've done the spraying they haven't returned. I only give a B for price since I had been able to score the deal for $95 the previous 2 years and this time was $155. I bought the deal on a Friday and they came out and sprayed Tuesday. Great service!

We're very hapy with them. We've gone with a quarterly service. We're paying $99 each time they come out. The initial service was higher.

I used them last year. They are professional and prompt. I did not have any bee or wasp issues last year after the house was sprayed and I will continue to use them in the future.

Gentleman that provided services was punctual, called before he came and was courteous. It did take care of our "mice problem". But. I was hoping he would find where they came in so it would not be a problem in the future. Last service he walked around the house, didn't say anything and left. So I am assuming he didn't see anything. Will never know how the mice got in, we just hope a new crew doesn't move in this winter.

He was courteous and professional. One month after treatment and no bees have returned.

Had the work done on a property I rent out. Per the tenant, the individual was coureous, on-time, and efficient in removing all the nests, active and dormant. problems with wasps were ended with the visit.

Went great, same as last year. We had no issues with wasps or bees and I expect this year to be no different. I will definitely use them again, perhaps even for ants as they suggested.

They actually came here when I wasn't home which was fine with me because they would spray the outside. I have not seen a bee. It is great. I am so happy with it because I've been having bees for a couple of years and I couldn't figure out where they are coming from, but I have not seen a bee yet this year. It worked great. They were good. I will call them again next year. They were really good. I thought it was a very good price. They said that they would kill the nest, and I'm hoping that they did kill the nest. I don't see any bees at all so I'm okay, my grandkids will be fine. I don't have to worry about any of my guests worried about the bees. It was great quality because they didn't leave a mess. It was like they were never here. There are no bees around at all so I know they came out. I think that they did a great job and they said they were coming. They made me feel comfortable and said not to worry about it, and that they would take care of everything, and I think they did. I didn't even have to be here. When I go outside to the backyard, I usually worry about bees. I haven't seen any bees at all. There was a time I called and I had to cancel and then I called again and we made the appointment, and it worked out. They left a receipt out for me so I know that they were here. I would recommend them.

All the Bee's and wasp are gone. They did a great job and we can now enjoy are deck!

It went quite well. The fellow was one that had been out before. He was professional and friendly. He explained about the carpenter bees that I had been seeing and what to watch for. I have used this company for three years and will not hesitate to call them again. I have also used them for ants in the past. Always excellent results with these people!

They came as scheduled and did their process for bee & wasp proofing the exterior of my home. I have had problems in the past with bees around our deck. Since I've used Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management Services, we haven't had any problems with bees or wasps.
