We used the special $99 offer from Angie's List . The worker came early, sprayed the entire front and back yard, including our small pond and the garage gutters. Easy to make an appointment, worker was very nice. We will definitely use again.

Super quick to response but missed the scheduled appointment. Things happen and they apologized and came 2 hours later. They technician was very nice and did a great job. This covers the entire season so if the wasps come back, they will come spray again. I would definitely recommend them as they were extremely responsive and professional.

All went well, came back x1 for additional spraying and removing of one new nest.

Everything was fine. There was a couple of areas they missed and they were kind enough to come out. They came back and didn't charge us anything more for it. They were very punctual.

It went fine. I don't see any bees. They came out the next week after I purchased the special. I didn't pay more. One guy came out. He was 15 minutes early. He left it looking fine. They were prompt and they did the job for the price.

There are no bees and wasps so I am pleased.

We have no complaints. The technician came out on the scheduled date and treated the nest, and the rest of the outside of the house. He came back about 10 days later to remove the nest. So far we have not seen any more hornets.

Provider was punctual and did what he was supposed to do. The follow-up was done as planned and timely as well.

Having an ant problem was a first for us. It's real disgusting to walk into a room and find these things crawling on the walls. The service tech observed that several trees near the house were loaded with the black ants and somehow they found their way into the house. I knew where the ants we entering a room so that area was treated along with several other potential problem area's. The perimiter of the house was also sprayed and the ant problem started to ease up soon after the first service call. It's now been some time since I've seen any ants in the home but I went with their three service calls a year plan just to be safe. I'll also have them back next year as I do not want to go through this again.

It worked very well. The guy was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond. He was there over three hours and was taking care of all the nests. He didn't charge us anything more.

Jim was very professional and pleasant. He advised me that if the ants were not gone in two weeks to call back. The ants were gone the day after he treated and have not come back. I am very pleased with Chem-Wise and will use them again when needed.

I purchased a deal for an initial tri-annual service from Angies List. The deal went well. For the first visit, the service person arrived on time, inspected the house, and applied his treatment. We had a history of ant infestation each spring for many years (when we were serviced by a different company that provided monthly service). In most years, the ants got past their first defense, and additional visits and internal ant traps, were required. This year, no ants were seen in the house, and the company took the initiative to schedule a second visit for the summer treatment, which was applied today. During the entire period, we enjoyed a pest-free homw . After today's treatment, an issue arose with respect to the terms of the initial deal. Since the service person was not able to resolve it himself, I contacted the branch manager and explained the issue to him. He acknowledged the issue and we were able to reach a mutually agreeable resolution. Assuming that the rest of the season will be as successful as the first third, and happy with the way the manager handled a difficult situation, I would recommend this company to others.

Everything went well we did not have to contact the supplier and almost a year later we have not had any problems with the bees. Keeping our fingers crossed but so far so good.

The technician was courteous. Very friendly guy. He showed up right on time. He was open to answering questions about the products being used and seemed to respect the fact that I did not want chemicals all over the house. I'd recommend this company to a friend.

This is the second year in a row we had Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management Services protect the perimeter of our home from wasps, yellow jackets, etc... They are very professional, efficient, and effective.

I was thrilled with the service Chem-Wise provided. I had been with another pest company for four years and they could not get someone to my house for a couple days, even though I was desperate. Even though I had never given Chem-Wise any business before, they sent someone the next day. Rico was fabulous. Very professional and understanding of how much we needed to get these pests out of our home as quickly as possible. I have since canceled my old service and switched to Chem-Wise. It turns out we will be saving money too. So thankful we found them.

I was contacted right away and was able to have someone come out within a day or two. The serviceman showed up on time and got straight to work. We feel better just knowing that we'll find out where the mice are coming into our house and hopefully be able to prevent them coming into our house in the future. I am very pleased so far!

Great worth while service! The provider came punctually at the agreed upon time. He took a lap around the exterior of the house with me and we looked at some of the problem areas of the past and he answered all of my questions. He sprayed the house and was done relatively quickly. In a few spots he used a powder as well (in holes that have had wasp activity in the past). Since May we have seen a huge decrease in the wasp sightings. There have been no wasp nests built this year. Last year we had about 8-10 in different areas on the house. I will definitely make this an annual treatment plan. Our deck is much more kid friendly now without the wasps buzzing around everywhere!
