it went ok. he just put enough outside inside the house he could had done it better as far as looking for cracks and things like that I was the one moving stuff telling him to add more showing him . it looked to me that he just wanted to get done as soon as possible .same company wanted me to buy the 3 times to come over the year but I told them no I just wanted one time deal.

Pretty straightforward transaction. The person came by did what he was supposed to do. It has been over a year and I have not seen the wasp re-nest or congregate where they used to. He did say that this treatment is only for a year. It is past a year and they have not returned. I will hold it until next Spring when they typically return.

To date, we have not seen additional Yellow Jackets. I would like to check again Spring 2016

Task was performed as promised Professional was on time and treatment eliminated yellow jackets nest from garage wall. Lady on the phone was very helpful and suggested using Angie's list deal to save money. Will use them again and recommend to others.

I had never had ants or any other type of pest in my condo in the 16 years I have lived here, so I was quite upset to see tiny ants appearing in my TV room about 2 months ago. I tried Terro, but it didn't seem to do much. So I made an appointment with Chem-Wise, and am glad I did. Rob arrived exactly on time, was very pleasant and professional, and explained what type of ants they were and what needed to be done. He baited the baseboards as well as the exterior of our small condo building, and gave me some printed material on how to avoid ant infestations in the future. The estimate I was given over the phone when I made the appointment was what Rob charged. I am to let Chem-Wise know if I'm still seeing ants 2 weeks after the treatment, and it has been only a few days, so the end result is still to be seen, but so far I'm happy with the service.

Called and scheduled for an early morning visit. I wanted to be at home to observe the spraying of my house to ensure that all the problematic areas where bees and wasps like to try and build a nest were sprayed. I was told that they will show up and just spray and leave a receipt. However, when I waited at the appointed time to observe the treatment, no one showed up. I checked and found the receipt that they had shown up even earlier than my scheduled time. However, I did not see any evidence of treatment but the spraying might have dried since they showed up an hour before my scheduled time. What worried me is that perhaps they never even sprayed or might not have gotten all the problematic areas. I have waited all season to see if any bees or wasps attempted to build a nest as last year was bad. So far so good as no bees or wasps have come near the house this year. I will probably try them again next season but I will have to stress that I want to be present during treatment.

The Chem-Wise rep, Ryan, sprayed externally for spiders, and we have noticed a marked decrease in the number we see in the house. The mouse problem is a little more work, but Ryan has returned every two weeks to refresh bait, close newly discovered holes, and steadily decrease the areas in which they can get in. We have seen the number of bait stations that are being eaten grow smaller each week, and have found many dead mice outside the house. We are very happy with the attentive service and the dedication to solving the problem!

It worked out fine. It was a three month program where I continue to purchase their services for three months. They came out when they said they were going to and they got rid of the problem we had. I wasn't home by the time they came so it was just an initial phone call. They need to do a follow-up after the service is performed.

Scheduled easily. Showed up and did the work well. Avoided one area of the lawn per my request.

It went well enough. We have seen a reduction of bug activity; however, we still had bugs. I am sure with more consistent service, the treatments would eliminate the bugs; however at $120 for the first service and $79 for each subsequent service we will manage.

We had a real bad ant problem. Haven't seen them for a few weeks now.

I bought an Angie's List deal to lower the price. They are using a satellite image to quote. They said I had more land grass and it is impossible. I would never use them again. I don't think they were straightforward with their quoting. They did change the pricing and it was misleading. I bought the special, they ran an Angie's List special and so I signed up for it and paid for it. Then they came back with some satellite images and said 'oh no, we have to charge you more', it is kind of a bait and switch. I know that I have got a ton of trees, I have got my house, I have got a pool, a deck and a shack and a lot of mulch areas and so there is no way that it was more than it should have been.

After me freaking out about bee's, and having an appt already set for Wed morning-the office staff was absolutely great about changing my appt to 30 minutes later that day due to the fact I came home from work and the bee's were ALL over, and I was panicked.. .And the tech came out, was very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable about the problems going on. I also used them for bug issues in the warehouse at my job. Again, very prompt, and so nice. I highly highly recommend this company for your needs. Thank you!!!!

Answered questions clearly about services and revisits. Informed us well about methods used for treatments and safety to home members.

I think the price was a little high but overall we were happy with the service provided. These wasps were up by our front door and was causing trouble to our kids. We had Orkin contracted but they never responded. We were very disappointed with Orkin's service and we looked up Angie's list to see this company who promptly responded and performed service.

This is a rental property and the provider of the service did not communicate with the owner of the property. Explained to the tenant the problems and did not tell the landlord. We, the landlord were not given a report because we were out of town when this situation hit, and responded promptly. We are still waiting for report. We would use them again for the insect service they provided in the past.

They came back twice to ensure the job was done right.

Steve, called a day earlier than the scheduled appointment. He was in my neighborhood, and offered to come by immediately. That was great! He bravely donned his protective gear, physically destroyed the nest hidden under a bush, and applied the appropriate "magic dust." Haven't seen one of these nasty bugs since.

I selected Chem-Wise because they had good reviews and it had been years since my lawn had been aerated. The gentleman arrived around 4pm. This was a little bit of disappointment because I had it in my mind that they were coming in the morning. This I'm sure was my oversight. It was a very hot day and he worked hard to aerate the front side and back yards. He also did the parkways. After aerating he seeded the lawn. When he left he gave us some information on watering. I was very happy with the service provided. The only oversight is when they left they forgot to shut the back gate tightly (luckily I checked before our puppy found it).
