Description of Work: While we had no more wasps in our attic after their service we won't really know if their services worked to get rid of wasps in our attic until spring 2013. I don't remember the date of service but I had to fill the box out for you. Your date box doesn't work right. The formate calls for two digits for month and day yet only excepts one for August 1. The N/A button for overall experience doesn't work.

We live in the country and have a bad wasp problem. Product was fantastic. Toward the end of the summer we had one small wasp nest appear and they promptly returned and took care of the problem at no additional charge. Highly recommend this service and I plan to become a regular customer. Office staff very helpful and the technicians are professional.

Description of Work: I live in the country...bugs out here are a fact of life. I initially called Chem-Wise last fall for a wasp and bald face hornet problem. These critters have been a nuisance for a long time, but for the first time they were getting into my house. Within a short time, all the bugs were dead. As I talked to their technician, I realized that I would be best served by going with their annual service contract to not only control these pests, but a variety of others I'd been having problems with outdoors. There was no pressure to buy the contract, only a clear description of the services to be rendered. Not only were they polite, professional and friendly, but they answered all my questions and their products work beautifully. They call to advise when they are coming out and will gladly reschedule if it is not a convenient time. They have been out to my house 3 times and this year has been remarkably free of bugs around my house. I cannot recommend them more highly and definitely plan to resign with them when this contract is up.

We haven't had a problem yet. Very pleased. This is the second season we have used Chem-Wise for this service. Last year when we had a bee appearance we called Chem-Wise and they came out and re-treated the one spot. Problem solved. Again, very happy with their service.
