Description of Work: They came to my house three times. The first to set traps, the second to evaluate and give recommendations, the third to reevaluate. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. They highlighted areas where mice were getting into our house. They temporarily plugged them, and we followed up with a more permanent solution.

Description of Work: Treat the basement for mice. We are on the first half of the treatment. They will come back in a week to check the traps and seal up any outside holes and retreat if necessary. The first step went well. Steve was super nice and very efficient!

Description of Work: Chem Wise took care of it all. All together they came out 3 times and got rid of the mouse problem we were having. The rep was very personable and knowledgeable. He had a great attitude and overall very professional. We will definitely use them for other pest issues (hopefully no more mice issues in future :)

Description of Work: They placed mouse bait and then returned to see which boxes had been used, with the goal of filling holes to prevent mice from entering. Although the technician showed up promptly both times, he was unable to find the source(s) of where the mice were entering out home. Bait boxes are easy, it was the service to close up the holes that we were most interested in.

Unfortunately at this time we do not service the far Southern portion of Will county because we cannot uphold our company standards on response time. The manner in which we are able to outline our service areas does not allow us to provide a breakdown by town, as it is done by county.
