Tech has been on time, very polite, knowledgeable and answered all of our concerns nicely. So far job done fantastically, very professional and we are very happy.

The Chem-wise professional was wonderful. He gave me a brief education on my wasp problem and even though the summer season was at an end and the wasps would be leaving soon, he sprayed around my property-- which was great because we tried everything but could not get rid of the wasps! The Chem-wise worker was super-friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them again before the weather warms up to do some preventative spraying.

They stand by their guarantee. We had them out to spray in the late fall. About a month or two later, we started to have spiders and other bugs in the house again, so they came back at no charge and sprayed the inside of the house (where bugs would be/enter...not people). Shortly after that we had some mice in the house. Again, at no additional charge, they came out 3 more times. First to inspect the issue and put down "traps", then to come back to check activity and seal entry points, and a third time to make sure the problem was solved. We definitely got our $120 worth, but being able to trust the company will make us long-term clients.

It's turning out okay. They did the work around the July time frame. I think it was the annual subscription and it was $129 for the first visit, another words I have to pay $80 for them to come over and do the subsequent treatments. It's not about the customer service it's about the way the treatment is, I mean other companies when I compare it to other companies if companies treatment is not well done so like, previously I had a mouse treatment, that company did a very good job in compared to this company. So they put all of my traps so many places. This company is like, yeah I need to tell them can you put here, can u put here. It's not like the other company, that's the reason. They need to be more, you know, it's a package right, so there taking there package and saying oh okay, if I'm, the reason I'm saying is, I called them, I have an ant problem. They just go out and spray and hey call me if you have more problems. I mean they have to look at the whole, scan through the house and see what's the issue and where it's coming and you know they need to be more detailed on their work so then you know, if the customer still has a problem then they just try to rectify that one you know. I mean if I find a better company I won't use it. I mean I joined Angie's List and that's the thing, do we have an Angie's List so we don't have to shop around?, I mean this is the company I found so the answer is yes, I would use them in the future.

It went very well... the technician arrived on time, executed his work, and he was very helpful.

Rudy came to our home three times and was very punctual, friendly, and considerate. We are very happy with the service and would use this company again.

Quick to schedule. Came out when scheduled. The job turned out to be a bit bigger than anticipated, but they were courteous and kept the cost low. It's based on square footage - so not a big deal for a few more $. The day of the work it poured. Torrential downpour. The technician waited out the storm and did the work between cloud bursts. He stuck around - even in the rain to make sure the job got done. Will use these guys again.

Scheduling was easy. Service was on time. Sprayed the bees/hornets nests in the peaks. Unfortunately, we had some stubborn bees and they came back in less then a month. Chen-Wise sent out the service person a second time. buh-bye bees!

They didn't confirm treatment once completed. I had to request an invoice.

The technician was punctual and professional. He treated every problem area that wasps were nesting. While I did see several wasps afterward, the number of nests that were built on my home was reduced significantly.

The young man who provided the service was prompt and polite. He explained what he was doing and quickly got to his tasks and completed them. Upon leaving he policed the areas he was to make sure it was clean.

we still had mice....he came back and blocked the entry way after the first visit. I never signed up for on-going service. My problem isn't so much with the getting rid of the mice. My problems was the lack of follow through on their part and the immediate here is a contract.

They responded to me right away. Explained exactly how the job was to be performed. So, not only did they spray the area the wasps were in, but also sprayed the rest of my house. Never saw them again after a day. It was great. I would recommend and use them again.

I purchased this in April or May and according to Angie's list and the email they would call me for an appointment. I also specified a couple of times when I bought it that I would prefer. When we didn't hear from them we assumed that they simply came out on the date I requested. That was not the case. I finally called in August when we began to see wasps around our house again. They acknowledged that I had purchased the package but they had not called and had not performed the work. They did finally come out on August 31st. We've used Chem-Wise for several years now and have always been happy with the results. I am not sure what slipped through the cracks this year but we're contemplating whether we should use them again next year.

It went great - inside and outside treated and inspected.

Well coordinated and efficient! Bought the coupon on AL and then called the main number for the provider who had already received my payment info from AL. The technician came at the appointed time. I showed him the location of the infestation. Since I had other workers in my house, I did not stand outside to observe the technician. Within a half hour he was finished and gone. By the next morning all signs of bees or wasps were gone and there have been none since (about 45 days post treatment). The only thing I would have liked would have been for him to ring my bell and say he had completed the service and reiterate where he specifically provided service and tell me everything that he did to resolve the problem. I spent hours spraying wasp/bee aerosol cans over a 2 week period. After emptying half a dozen cans without result, I ordered the Chem-Wise service on Angie's List.

Jim is always on time and professional. He's always kind and smiling, and works hard. He came out as part of the service agreement we signed up for to manage any pests all year long. He checked all the mouse traps in our garage and basement, and made sure they were ready to go for the season.

Prompt response from the company. Appointment was scheduled for couple days out. The service was well performed and the follow-up phone call was very informative. Would definitely use again.

It turned out fine. They came out within the next week or two after the deal was purchased. I paid extra. But I knew I would because we did some rodent traps. It was $50 more. They were good.

It was a follow-up visit. I did not have to pay anything.
