Description of Work: I bought a Groupon for Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Mgmt Services for $95.00 which included a bee/wasp treatment to the exterior of my home. My home is rather big and I live on a 1.3 acre lot but they did not increase the cost of my service call which I appreciated. I scheduled the appointment online with no problems. I had a question which was also answered via their online portal. I haven't had a problem with bees or wasps all summer. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We had a yellow jacket nest in our second floor eave. We discovered this by noticing that there were hundreds of dead yellow jackets, and a few dozen live ones, inside an unused room at the back of the house. We were concerned that the bugs had somehow eaten through our walls and were coming inside that way. | |I called Chem-wise and they gave me an appointment for the next day. The technician came out and took a look around. He pointed out that one of the windows had come unlatched and the top frame slid open a few inches (they are rather old windows) and that the yj's were getting in that way. He found the nest outside near the peak of our building. In less than an hour he treated the area and got rid of the yellow jackets. It's a year later and we haven't had another issue with them. If we do, we will call Chem-wise because they did a great job for a reasonable price the last time.

Description of Work: Chem-Wise removed a yellow Jacket infestation and treated the house to prevent future nesting this year. Then job was done well, including a second follow-up visit to complete the removal. I was pleased with the ease and promptness of scheduling. The communications by phone and e-mail were very effective, helpful, and reassuring.
