Description of Work: sprayed around the house including the overhang and along a sand stone fence.

Description of Work: The technician allegedly sprayed for bees and wasps around our backyard and large deck. According to the paperwork, he was only there a total of 15 minutes. We even flagged where we saw the bees coming out. When the bees persisted, the technician had to come back out. This time, he seemed perplexed how to treat them and had to call in for advice. He gave us some spiel about how the deck was too close to the house and how it would be difficult to treat the area where the bees where. My husband suggested he manually put the powder in the area, and the technician applied it this way. It seemed to cut down on the bees after this, but I really wasn't satisfied on how the whole service was conducted. I probably won't do this again next year.

Description of Work: I use them as my primary insect control service, and signed up for the triennial service contract. I can drop at any time and they are polite and responsive to issues. My bug problem is not under control.

Description of Work: there was an improvement, but there were still an uncomfortable level of mosquitoes afterwards. called back to let them know of my concern and was told they could come back for an additional treatment, which did not happen.

Description of Work: Sprayed the exterior of my house for bees. Had to have them come back a second time because we were still seeing a lot of them. Chem-Wise sprayed a second time, but because I live in a townhouse and bees are all around the whole property I will continue to see them every year.

Description of Work: Initially treated for ants inside the house, within a week the ants were dead or gone. They then did 2 more treatments over the season on the outside. Good team to work with.

Description of Work: They put in an insecticide that made the bees leave their nest; they then sprayed an insecticide that killed the rest of the bees. They wanted to charge me more but I insisted that I had an Angie's List receipt. They took my email receipt and I did not hear from them again. They told me before they left if there were any bees appearing after 3 days to give them a call. Bees did not come back.

Description of Work: we had another company (Nevernest on Diversey Ave in Chicago) to come out to treat our Hornet problem and it didn't go away. We didn't get them from ANgies list, so then looked and found Chem Wise and gave them a call over a weekend. They were out on Tuesdays and informed us that 1) we didn't have hornets, we had Yellow Jackets, 2) we didn't have to remove the wood to pull out the nest at $$$$ (which other company said we'd need to do) and 3) that Yellow Jackets need powder not spray (which other company did) and guess what... we don't have Yellow Jacket issue anymore. It was so bad that we'd get 3-4 per week in our bedroom so we hadn't slept in their for 4 weeks. We are moved back in and are w/o yellow jackets. Could also be the cooler weather. but literally there are NONE and there were 10-15 visible at any time on our deck. Thanks Chem Wise!
