Description of Work: During kitchen remodel, a hornets nest was found inside the wall, halting all work. These providers came out at 7:00am the next morning and removed the very large, active nest efficiently and safely so that work could continue right away. They were the only ones who would come the next day, they were the least expensive, and included a $20.00 discount because we got their name on Angie's list.

Description of Work: I would have given them an A. HOWEVER, the manager, who personally came to do our spraying, took some of the bitty beetles back with him to help him identify the type because and I quote, "We need to find the source." He did not get back as he promised so I contacted him. Since he was still unsure of the type, he promised to show them to his boss. That was on Sept. 29th. Today is October 19. Still no word! REALLY???? P.S. While greatly reduced in number, there are still beetles present.

Description of Work: Supposed to exterminate insects in and out of the house in a chemically safe way as we have a ton of spiders and crawling insects and ants, but it didn't work. They had to come out twice as the first time wasn't enough, and the second time they came in the fall, there were still spiders all over the place.
