Went well. Customer service is very good and the technician took the time and pains to do the job right.

Fine, except it poured rain that night so I don't know how effective the mosquito-spraying was. Time will tell. Then he did some follow-up work on preventing mice from entering our house, a problem he has been helping us with since last fall. Jim is the best!!!

Great! When I initially called, the person on the other line was very friendly and helpful. Suggested a few different things. I was given a price and discount because I found them through Angie's List (but I didn't not book directly through here). They set an appointment for the next day. I can't say enough good things. Found numerous nests and took them down. Sprayed all the areas affected as well as the rest of the house. He answered all of my questions and reassured me that if any come back they will come back out at no extra cost. I should see results and hopefully be completely wasp free in a few days. I am covered for the rest of the calendar year if anything were to come back. Next spring I will definitely get this taken care of to prevent a season of wasps.

The technician was prompt and courteous. She treated a difficult to reach area outside of a second story enclosed porch where yellow jackets were entering and living between the walls. Treatment was successful, and wasps are gone!

This is the second summer that I have purchased an Angie's List Bee and Wasp proofing coupon for my home. This year the cost of this coupon for the same service increased from $95 in 2015 to $155 in 2016. I decided since the service had really worked in 2015 to keep the bees and wasps away, I would pay the increased price in 2016. The day I purchased the coupon, I also contacted Chem-Wise to schedule an appointment. The woman who answered the telephone was very kind and professional. I was able to schedule my appointment on the day and time I requested in early May. The day the service was to be performed, the Technician arrived promptly at my front door. He recalled that he had been there the year before and remembered the problem areas where bees and wasps were scene. He told me that he would spray heavier this year since the bees and wasps were appearing earlier and heavier this season. The treatment was applied in approximately 20 minutes and he honored my coupon and provided me with a receipt. Throughout May, June, and July, I noticed a few bees and wasps around the house, but none of them stayed for any length of time nor did they create any hives, bother people, or damage my wood decks or cedar siding house. If offered in 2017, I would purchase another Chem-Wise bee and wasp proofing coupon again, as long as the price does not increase.

Ryan came out and inspected a very active in-ground nest on our front walk way. He sprayed twice into the nest and within minutes the activity seemed to be gone. Ryan also has been to my house to treat for pavement ants and is always friendly, professional and efficient.

My home is like 100 years old and so the bricks have a tendency to be loose in certain places. So, I was downstairs doing my laundry and I could see that little hole and you could see the lights from outside but the last time the guy came he couldn't find it and after he left I found it again. Depending on the size of the hole all kind of creatures can get in through there. They said that they didn't see the hole. He was on time.

During my first contact with the office I indicated that I have a silver fish problem and that I highly suspect the source of the problem to be coming from the attic. I explicitly stated that the attic needs to be treated and if they are not able to do that, then I would need to go elsewhere for the service. I was quite clear and up front that if the tech does not treat the attic, I will terminate the service and ask him to leave. They indicated that was OK. When the service tech arrived, I again indicated that I believed the problem was coming from the attic... specifically around the skylight in the bathroom of the master bedroom. The service tech did indeed go into the attic (and other areas)... albeit the time in the attic appeared to be quite short. Four weeks later I'm seeing as many silverfish as ever if not more. I called the office and informed them of the problem. They politely sent out another tech. I inform the tech he was the second person from Chem-Wise to treat this problem. I show him where the problem is and indicated specifically that I believe they are all coming from the attic through the woodwork and the drywall around the skylight. He then proceeded to treat along the floor boards and plumbing but he does not treat the the skylight or attic areas. I express again my opinion that I believe they are coming from the attic and the skylight. He then advises that I repair whatever damage might exist in the area around the skylight so that the silver fish cannot get into the house. I indicated if they do not get in through the skylight, then they'll get in somewhere else. He tells me that is unlikely... more likely is that they'll be living in the attic and we'll be living down here and never the two will meet. I then replied that even if that were true, I don't want an infestation of silverfish in my attic. He then went on to say that they offer a special attic treatment service. The service requires more time and equipment and is something that he is not equipped to handle. I would need to schedule it with the office. So if that's the case I say, then why wasn't this service offered to me during my initial contact with the office... when I specifically indicated the source of the problem to be coming from the attic. Everything to this point has therefore been a big waste of time, effort and money. I therefore have to ask - was this whole thing a simple matter of incompetence or a deliberate effort to string out the problem so as to make more money in the long run? If you want to waste your time and money and potentially be the victim of underhanded salesmanship, then Chem-Wise could be the place for you.

Chem-Wise was easy to work with. They called shortly after I purchased the deal and set up a time for the treatment. The called a day in advance to let me know the exact time the tech would be at my house. The tech arrived on time, and asked me about the specifics of where I was seeing some issues with bees. Based on my answers he discussed the chemicals he was going to use and how he was going to address the specific issues I was having. The treatment was quick and the tech was great to work with.

I've used this service successfully twice before. I'm not sure what was different this year but the customer service has been erratic (sometimes I hear back from them right away and other times I have to send follow up after a week of no response) and the application of the spray has not been as effective. When I had them come out the first time in late spring I requested that special attention be paid to my deck as there was already a lot of wasp activity. Things seemed quiet after that for about 6 weeks, then I found 3 active wasp nests under my deck. I had them come back a second time in that the service is guaranteed through the end of the year, but the service man only concentrated on spraying the areas where the nests were, not re-spraying the entire deck. I now have yet another agressive wasp nest on the side of the deck opposite of where he last sprayed. Despite sending a message essentially begging them to send someone back to re-spray the entire deck, I've yet to receive a response after a week of waiting. I am very disappointed in what had previously been a very dependable service provider.

Easy to schedule, they showed up on time, were professional, and my wasp problem is gone for now.

I got them from Angie's List. I have an annual contract with them. I will keep them and I will renew the annual contract.

Fantastic - very effective in keeping mosquitos out of our backyard/pool area. We are able to enjoy mosquito-free endless days/nights on the deck, which was not the case before Chem Wise began servicing our house. Their techs are very professional and office staff are very helpful in setting up dates/times. My favorite part of doing business w/ Chem Wise is that they will come out at no additional charge to spray again if mosquitos are still showing up. We had a lot of rain, bringing more mosquitos out - I called the office and a tech came out within 2 days to spray again. No mosquitos since --- Thank you!

Service was excellent and timely and has resolved wasp issues. Technician was friendly and informative.

An exterminator came to my home due to a mouse problem. He placed bait stations throughout my home. I explained that the problem was the mice entering through the fire place; and the exterminator replies "you have to get a professional in to handle that." O.K., I thought that's what I did. I then ask about plans to seal up outside of the home, and in response the exterminator says "that's extra". I wasn't satisfied because the deal I purchased said both the inside and outside would be sealed for the cost. I called the manager some days later to explain my dissatisfaction concerning the 1st visit and the fact that the mice were still entering my home. The manager requested that I allow additional days for the mice to eat the bait. The manager also provided the follow up visit, and due to my not being home at the time sealed up openings on the outside of our home. Lastly, another exterminator showed up again to collect the bait stations. I am satisfied with the work as the problem was solved. Things started off a little rough due to initial encounter with person who was not helpful, but the company's responsiveness and overall ability to solve the problem (over time i.e. 2 weeks) was great! In the end I received excellent customer service and results.
