Description of Work: Inspected. Laid rodent poison. Came back 2 weeks later to inspect for openings where mice could get in the house. Found loose boards under fireplace chimney. Suggested repairing before sealing. Waiting for handyman to repair board.

Description of Work: The tech came on time, and place the mouse traps. He also came back a month later, as he promised to check them and replace/remove what was needed. The house seems to be mouse free, to they did a great job.

Description of Work: Ok. Filled in some cracks that I didn't see and answered questions, which has value. Other than that, he basically did what I had done previously to deter mice. They come back a second time to check in a few weeks, which is also helpful.

Description of Work: We had a hard time scheduling to get them out to our home. They were here for less than a 1/2 hour, didn't seem to really understand what they should be doing. And we've already caught a mouse in the house this fall. It was not a good experience.
