Description of Work: They checked the areas that had previously been a problem and then the technician installed traps in the basement and also sprayed the exterior of the house. The technician returned in 2 weeks to determine the access points in the house. We were very pleased with the service!

Description of Work: I signed up for a year's service agreement with 3 visits. They came out and sprayed the house perimeter and treated my kitchen for ants. They were courteous and professional and flexible about scheduling time. I would use them for a particular pest problem again, but found the cost for annual service too high for my budget. I can live with the odd spider or millipede in my house.

Description of Work: I had mice and set traps that caught about 7 in two areas within a year. Chem-wise came and set out nine boxes and caught nothing and see no sightings of mice. I guess the old school snap trap worked and scared them away. I feel peaceful that I haven't seen any in a few months and Chem-wise didn't either.

Description of Work: Had lawn aeration and seeding completed by this company. Seeding was thrown all over and went into my landscaping beds and brick patio. I will now have to to the grass that grew in landscaping beds and my patio. Also, the aeration looked like it was only done in certain areas. It looked like the person was in a rush and end their day with a sloppy job.

Description of Work: They did 3 treatments for bedbugs as promised and went a step further coming back for an additional treatment because I was not sure all bugs were eliminated. One year later, house is still bug free. Very professional to work with and delivered the services promptly and followed up to assure satisfaction.
