Description of Work: They came in to close up mice entry points around our house. There were a lot of great reviews and we weren't disappointed! It was very easy to schedule the appointment - fast response. We had a great experience and their employee was personable and professional. I will definitely go to them for any figure needs.

Description of Work: I cannot remember exact date but the ar ice tech showed up no appt. placed bait trips similar to what I have purchased at hardware store. Never sealed or pointed out entrance points. Said he would seal points if entry in a couple of weeks. Instead a young woman was sent to crawl into crawl space and check bait stations. However, she had no idea where they were placed. Only the ones within site were checked. This was not the woman's fault but the companies. A total waist of money. Still had spiders after the basement was sprayed as well.

Dear Valued Angie’s List Customer, I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the service you received. We try to send out the same technicians for each service whenever possible, but cannot always guarantee this. Our records show that when the female technician was out for your follow up service she did seal a gap that was found around your dryer vent and also requested that we send the original technician back out there to follow up. Our office tried to contact you by leaving messages on 12/11/15, 12/21/15, & 1/4/16 however, we never heard back from you to schedule the service. The service that you purchased included a 90 day guarantee from the initial service date of 11/23/15. We would have been more than happy to come back out to your home at no additional charge to address any issues you were having. Description of Work: After a few visits they did get the job done. The problem I had with them is on one appointment the exterminator pulled up waited a few minutes and left, no call, did not ring a bell and my tenant was looking out the window at him the whole 5 minutes but thought he was getting his supplies together. Another incident they simply did not show up and two of my tenants left work early to meet with them, I was told the rep failed to enter the appointment. I used them twice and had a total of 2 no shows & one showed up and left. Maybe it has to do with the fact that we sometimes had to schedule their latest appointment.

Description of Work: Brittany went above and beyond by coming at least 5 times over the course of 2 months to figure out our mouse problem in our basement. She found the entry points and filled the holes. Would definitely use her/them again! Thanks!
